Abstract
Bandar Udara Internasional Minangkabau memiliki ukuran runway 2.750 x 45 m. Bandar Udara ini direncanakan pemerintah sebagai bandara embarkasi haji di wilayah Provinsi Sumatera barat, Provinsi Bengkulu dan sebagian Provinsi Jambi meliputi: Kab. Merangin, Kab. Kerinci, Kab. Sorolangun, Kab. Bungo, dan Kab. Tebo. Oleh karena itu, Bandar Udara Internasional Minangkabau perlu melakukan pengembangan khususnya disisi udara sehingga dapat melayani pesawat rute luar negeri seperti Boeing 777-300ER. Dalam perencanaan ini, penelitian dilakukan menggunakan data sekunder dengan data ramalan selama 10 tahun kedepan dan menggunakan metode runtun waktu dengan model dekomposisi aditif sehingga didapatkan jumlah pergerakan pesawat 10 tahun mendatang sebesar 57.451. Selanjutnya studi ini meninjau kesesuaian antara PCN Bandara Internasional Minangkabau dengan ACN pesawat Boeing 777-300ER. Dari analisa kesesuaian ACN-PCN didapatkan bahwa pesawat Boeing 777-300ER dapat beroperasi pada Bandara Internasional Minangkabau dengan syarat jumlah keberangkatan pertahun tidak melebihi 5% dari jumlah keberangkatan tahunan.
Lalu dilakukan perencanaan ukuran runway, taxiway, dan apron dengan menggunakan hasil ramalan yang ada dan data pesawat rencana yaitu Boeing 777-300ER yang perencanaanya mengacu pada standar ICAO dan FAA. Dari hasil analisa yang dilakukan didapatkan kebutuhan panjang runway sebesar 3550m x 45m. Untuk taxiway didapatkan lebar sebesar 25m dengan lebar bahu taxiway sebesar 10m pada setiap sisinya. Letak exit taxiway ditempatkan di 2 titik agar dapat menampung berbagai jenis kategori pesawat serta sudut untuk exit taxiway sebesar 90o. Luas apron dibutuhkan sebesar 92040,43m2. Dari analisa lokasi berdasarkan KKOP didapatkan adanya ketinggian daratan yang melebihi standar pada jarak 8km dan berada pada kawasan dibawah permukaan horizontal luar sehingga perlu diberikan tanda. Pada perencanaan ini perhitungan tebal perkerasan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi FAARFIELD. Didapatkan bahwa tebal total untuk perkerasan lentur sebesar 67,31cm-97,33cm dan untuk total perkerasan kaku sebesar 70,71cm-74,48cm.

Minangkabau International Airport has a runway size of 2,750m x 45m. The airport was planned by the government as Hajj embarkation in the area of West Sumatera Province, Bengkulu Province and part of Jambi Province including Kab. Merangin, Kab. Kerinci, Kab. Sorolangun, Kab. Bungo, and Kab. Tebo. Therefore, Minangkabau International Airport needs to be developed specifically in the airside of the airport so that it can service overseas aircraft such as Boeing 777-300ER. In this study, the calculation was conducted using secondary data with forecast data for the next 10 years and used a time series method with additive decomposition model. So the number of aircraft obtained by the forecasting was 57,451. Furthermore this study reviewed the suitability between the PCN of Minangkabau Internationa Airport and ACT of Boeing 777-300ER. From the ACN-PCN suitability analysis, it was found that the Boeing 777-300ER could operate at Minangkabau International Airport provided that the number of departures peryear does not exceed 5% of the annual departure number. Then for runway, taxiway and apron design use the results of the forecasting data for the next 10 years and Boeing 777-300ER spesification, which the standard of design based on ICAO and FAA rules. From the results of analysis, the runway length requirement was 3550m x 45m. For Taxiway width was 25m and the shoulder taxiway was 10m on each side. The location of exit taxiway was placed in 2 points so that can accomodate various types of aircraft categories and the angle for exit taxiway is 90o. The area of apron was 92040.43m2. From the location analysis based on KKOP, it was found that the land height exceeds the standard at a distance of 8km, located in the area below the outer horizontal surface so that needed to be signed. In this study, the calculation of pavement used the help of FAARFIELD program. It was found that the total thickness for flexible pavement was 67.31cm-97.33cm and for total thickness of rigid pavement was 70.71cm-74.48cm.
