Abstract
Kabupaten Bojonegoro sebagai daerah yang sedang mengalami perkembangan dalam berbagai sektor merupakan salah satu daerah penghasil minyak bumi terbesar di Indonesia. Oleh sebab itu, Kabupaten Bojonegoro menjadi destinasi banyak pebisnis dari luar daerah. Saat mengadakan kegiatan bisnis di Bojonegoro, mereka membutuhkan tempat tinggal sementara yang tentunya memperbesar peluang Hotel Aston Bojonegoro menjadi hotel pilihan utama bagi masyarakat. Hotel Aston Bojonegoro berlokasi di kawasan pusat kota Bojonegoro. Dalam pengoperasiannya ditemukan beberapa permasalahan antara lain fungsi ruang di Hotel Aston Bojonegoro belum optimal, potensi kekayaan lokal Bojonegoro yang kurang diangkat dalam desain interior hotel, penataan furnitur yang belum optimal, serta konsep desain interior hotel yang kurang cocok dengan karakter tamu hotel saat ini. Tugas akhir dengan judul “Desain Interior Hotel Aston Bojonegoro Berkonsep Modern Minimalis dengan Sentuhan Lokal Bojonegoro” merubah tema ruangan menjadi sesuai dengan kelas hotel dan harga yang ditawarkan. Selain itu, dapat memberikan pengetahuan bagi tamu hotel tentang potensi kekayaan Bojonegoro. Konsep modern minimalis ditunjukkan dengan penggunaan material alam, bentuk furnitur geometris dengan minim ukiran atau ornament. Untuk memunculkan kesan lokal Bojonegoro, digunakan motif batik khas Bojonegoro khususnya batik sekar jati dan material alam khas seperti kayu jati. Aplikasi konsep modern minimalis dan lokal Bojonegoro pada ruangan Hotel Aston Bojonegoro diaplikasikan pada semua elemen interior, contohnya adalah pada penggunaan kursi yang simple dan lampu gantung yang berbentuk ring pada area lobby. Warna dinding yang netral serta penggabungan material seperti acian yang dipadukan dengan pengeksplorasian tekstur kayu jati. Selain itu transformasi bentuk dari daun jati menjadi elemen estetis lampu gantung, sekat ruang, dan facade.

Bojonegoro Regency as an area that is experiencing development in various sectors is one of the largest oil producing regions in Indonesia. Therefore, Bojonegoro Regency is the destination of many business people from outside the region. When conducting business activities in Bojonegoro, they need temporary shelter which certainly increases the chances of Aston Bojonegoro Hotels being the top choice hotel for the community. Aston Bojonegoro Hotel is located in the downtown area of Bojonegoro. In its operation, several problems were found including the function of space in Aston Bojonegoro Hotel was not optimal, the potential of Bojonegoro's local wealth that was less raised in hotel interior design, arrangement of furniture that was not optimal, and hotel interior design concepts that were not suitable with the character of current hotel guests.
The final project with the title " The Interior Design Of Aston Hotel Bojonegoro with Minimalist Modern Concept and Bojonegoro Local Touch" changed the theme of the room to be in accordance with the hotel class and the price offered. In addition, it can provide knowledge for hotel guests about the potential wealth of Bojonegoro. The concept of modern minimalism is indicated by the use of natural materials, geometric forms of furniture with minimal carvings or ornaments. To create a local impression of Bojonegoro, a typical Bojonegoro batik motif is used, especially Sekar batik teak and typical natural materials such as teak wood. The application of Bojonegoro's minimalist and local modern concepts in the Aston Bojonegoro Hotel room is applied to all interior elements, for example the use of simple chairs and ring-shaped chandeliers in the lobby area. The neutral color of the wall and the incorporation of materials such as acian combined with exploring the texture of teak wood. In addition, the transformation of shapes from teak leaves into aesthetic elements of hanging lamps, room dividers, and facades.
