Abstract

Gedung pusat perbelanjaan di Balikpapan merupakan desain ulang dari Gedung pusat perbelanjaan Living Plaza Bekasi yang memiliki total jumlah lantai yakni 3 lantai, yang kemudian di modifikasi menjadi total 4 lantai. Berdasarkan hasil Standart Penetration Test (SPT), di dapatkan bahwa gedung dibangun di atas tanah dengan kondisi tanah sedang (kelas situs SD). Selain itu, berdasarkan parameter respons percepatan didapatkan kategori desain seismik B sehingga perhitungan struktur dilakukan dengan metode Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah (SRPMM). Perhitungan struktur dan gempa mengacu pada peraturan yang berlaku. Proses perhitungan struktur meliputi Analisa pembebanan, pemodelan struktur menggunakan program bantu SAP2000, analisa gaya dalam, perhitungan penulangan, dan pengecekan syarat elemen struktur. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan perencanaan ini, diperoleh struktur atas yaitu terdapat 3 jenis balok induk, 2 jenis balok anak, 1 jenis balok bordes, dengan tulangan lentur D22 untuk balok induk, D22 dan D19 untuk balok anak, serta D19 untuk balok bordes. Pada sloof, terdapat 3 jenis sloof induk dan 2 jenis sloof anak, dengan tulangan lentur sebesar D22 untuk sloof induk, dan D19 untuk sloof anak, baik pada balok dan sloof menggunakan diameter sengkang sebesar Ø12 dan Ø16. Pada kolom, terdapat 2 tipe, dengan penulangan lentur menggunakan D22, dan geser Ø12. Untuk pelat lantai dan atap memiliki ketebalan 15 cm, diameter yang digunakan pada pelat atap adalah Ø13. Pelat tangga dan bordes tebal pelat yaitu 15 cm, menggunakan tulangan diameter D13. Pada pondasi menggunakan jenis tiang pancang dengan 4 tipe pile cap. Penulangan pile cap P1, P2, P3,P4 menggunakan tulangan D22 dan D25. Pada akhir juga disertakan metode pelaksanaan dari pekerjaan kolom.

Balikpapan Mall building is a redesign of Living Plaza mall Bekasi consists of 3 floors, then modified to be a total of 4 floors. Based on the results of the Standard Penetration Test (SPT), it was found that the building was built on land with moderate soil conditions (SD site class), the Intermediate Moment Resisting Frame System (IMRFS) was chosen because it is located on land with moderate soil conditions (SD site class) and also it is located in Category Seismic Design B. Calculation of structures and earthquakes refer to the applicable regulations. The structural calculation process includes load analysis, structure modeling using SAP2000, inner force analysis, calculation of reinforcement, and checking the requirements of structural elements. Based on the results of this planning calculation, the above structure is obtained, there are 3 types of main beam, 2 types of secondary beam, 1 type of landing beam, with bending reinforcement D22 for the main beam, D22 and D19 for the secondary beam, and D19 for landing beam. And also there are 3 types of main sloof and 2 types of secondary sloof, with bending reinforcement D22 for the main sloof, and D19 for the secondary sloof, both beam and sloof using diameter of the stirrups of Ø12 and Ø16. The column has 2 types, with bending reinforcement using D22, and stirrups Ø10. For slab, both floor and roof has 15 cm thickness, the diameter used on the roof slab is Ø13, and for ladder slab reinforcement using D13 with 15 cm thickness. The foundation uses 4 types of pile cap. Reinforcement Pilecap P1, P2, P3, P4 using D22 and D25. At the end included the column formwork.
