Abstract

Jalan raya merupakan prasarana transportasi yang berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat, sebaliknya peningkatan taraf hidup masyarakat akan berdampak pada kondisi prasarana transportasi jalan raya. Perkembangan ekonomi dapat tercapai dengan dukungan prasarana jalan yang memadai. Kerusakan jalan yang terjadi diberbagai daerah saat ini merupakan permasalahan yang kompleks dan kerugian yang diderita sungguh besar. Kondisi ruas jalan Lawean - Sukapura pada akhir tahun 2018 terdapat banyak kerusakan. Diperlukan adaya peningkatan kelas jalan mulai dari kapasitas jalan, daya dukung perkerasan, geometrik jalan, dan saluran drainase. Perencanaan dimulai dengan pengumpulan data teknis dan non teknis, dilanjutkan dengan pengolahan data mulai dari data lalu lintas, data geometrik jalan, data daya dukung tanah, dan data curah hujan. Metode yang digunakan dalam perencanaan jalan antara lain: Tata Cara Perencanaan Geometrik Jalan Antar Kota No. 038/TBM/1997 Departemen Pekerjaan Umum Direktorat Jendral Bina Marga, Petunjuk Perencanaan Tebal Perkerasan Lentur Jalan Raya dengan Analisa Komponen SKBI tahun 1987, Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesi tahun 1997, Perencanaan Drainase Jalan Pd. T02-2006-B, serta Rencana Anggaran Biaya menggunakan Analisis Harga Satuan Pekerjaan (AHSP). Hasil dari perencanaan didapatkan pelebaran jalan menjadi 9 m, rencana tebal perkerasan pelebaran dengan Lapis Pondasi Bawah agregat kelas A tebal 20 cm, lapis pondasi atas CTB tebal 20 cm, Laston tebal 11 cm. Untuk overlay menggunakan laston tebal 5 cm, saluran drainase bahan beton bentuk persegi dengan dimensi b = 1,0 m; h = 0,6 m; w = 0,5 m, serta rencana anggaran biaya sebesar Rp. 14.198.000.543,-

Highway is a transportation infrastructure that influences the social and economic development of the community, while increasing the standard of living of the community will have an impact on the condition of road transport infrastructure. Economic development can be achieved with the support of adequate road infrastructure. Road damage that occurs in various regions today is a complex problem and the losses suffered are really big. The condition of the Lawean - Sukapura road section at the end of 2018 there was a lot of damage. It is necessary to increase the road class from road capacity, pavement carrying capacity, road geometric and drainage channels. Planning begins with the collection of technical and non-technical data, followed by data processing starting from traffic data, road geometric data, soil carrying capacity data, and rainfall data. The methods used in road planning include: Procedures for Geometric Planning Inter-City Road No. 038 / TBM / 1997 Ministry of Public Works Directorate General of Highways, Guidelines for Planning Highway Pavement Thickness with Analysis of SKBI Components in 1987, Indonesian Road Capacity Manual in 1997, Road Drainage Planning Pd. T02-2006-B, as well as the Budget Plan using Analysis of Work Unit Prices (AHSP). The results of the planning showed that the road widening to 9 m, planned widening of the pavement thickness with a lower foundation layer of Class A 20 cm thick, foundation layer of CTB 20 cm thick, Laston 11 cm thick. For overlay using laston 5 cm thick, square drainage material with a dimension of b = 1.0 m; h = 0.6 m; w = 0.5 m, and the planned budget of Rp. 14.198.000.543, -
