Abstract
Modifikasi elektroda emas telah dilakukan menggunakan polipirol dan ekstrak daun kersen (Muntingia calabura) secara elektrokimia. Elektroda emas termodifikasi polipirol/ekstrak daun kersen memiliki selektivitas lebih baik daripada elektroda emas dan emas termodifikasi polipirol. Elektroda tersebut digunakan sebagai elektroda kerja untuk karakterisasi menggunakan voltametri siklik. Elektroda tersebut memberikan respon sinyal anodik terhadap asam askorbat. Pengukuran optimum didapatkan pada kondisi pH 7 dan 10. Penentuan batas deteksi dan batas kuantifikasi pada pH 7 didapatkan sebesar 1,6485 mM dan 3,4281 mM dengan sensitivitas 0,6350 µA.mM^(-1).mm^(-2), sedangkan pada pH 10 didapatkan batas deteksi 2,7438 mM dan batas kuantifikasi 6,4585 mM dengan sensitivitas 1,6427 µA.mM^(-1).mm^(-2).

Modification of gold electrode was carried out using polypyrrole and kersen (Muntingia calabura) leaf extract electrochemically. Modified gold Electrode polypyrrole/kersen (Muntingia calabura) leaf extract has better selectivity than modified gold electrode by polypyrrole and gold electrode. These electrode is used as a working electrode to characterization using cyclic voltammetry. The electrode provide anodic signal response to ascorbic acid. The optimum measurements were obtained at pH 7 and pH 10. Determination limit of detection and limit of quantification at pH 7 were 1,6485 and 3,4281 with sensitivity 0,6350 µA.mM^(-1).mm^(-2), while at pH 10 limit of detection was 2,7438 mM and limit of quantification was 6,4585 mM with sensitivity 1,6427 µA.mM^(-1).mm^(-2).
