Abstract

Gedung Apartemen The Conexio LRT Superblock yang
terletak di Jl. Suluki Cemp. No. 14, Jatibening, Kota Bekasi, Jawa
Barat terdiri dari 27 lantai, 1 semi basement dan dua basement
dengan ketinggian total 80,8 meter. Gedung ini dibangun dengan
konstruksi beton bertulang konvensional. Gedung ini akan
direncanakan ulang gedung serupa dengan modifikasi
penambahan lantai gedung yang difungsikan sebagai ruang
pertemuan atau ballroom untuk menyelenggarakan acara-acara
formal, sehingga ketinggian Gedung menjadi 52,9 meter. Struktur
Balok prategang akan digunakan pada lantai atap agar dapat
menahan beban yang ada tanpa adanya kolom di tengah ruangan.
Pada perencanaan struktur Gedung Apartemen The
Conexio LRT Superblock didesain dengan menggunakan Sistem
Ganda. Dari hasil Analisa yang telah dilakukan didapatkan
kesimpulan bahwa balok prategang pada atap memilik dimensi
sebesar 500 x 750 mm dan gaya prategang sebesar 2000 kN.
kehilangan prategang dengan perhitungan SNI 2847:2013 sebesar
21.17% sedangkan kehilangan prategang dengan perhitungan
EN1992-1-1:2004 sebesar 32.18%.

The Conexio LRT Superblock Apartment Building is
located on Suluki Cemp Street, number 14, Jatibening, Bekasi City,
West Java, consisting of 27 floors, 1 semi basement and two
basements with a total height of 80.8 meters. This building was
built with conventional reinforced concrete construction. In this
final project, the building will be re-planned similar to the former
building but with the modification of the addition of the building’s
floor which functions as a meeting room or ballroom to hold formal
events. The building’s total height is modified thus it becomes 52,9
meters. The prestressed beam structure will be used on the floor of
the roof thus it can withstand the load without a column in the
center of the room.
In planning the structure of the Apartment Building The
Conexio LRT Superblock is designed using a Dual System. From
the results of the analysis that has been done it was concluded that
the prestressed beam on the roof has a dimension of 500 x 750 mm
and prestressing force of 2000 kN. loss of prestressing with the
calculation of SNI 2847: 2013 amounting to 21.17% while the
prestressed loss with the calculation of EN1992-1-1: 2004
amounted to 32.18%
