Abstract
Sangatlah penting dalam sebuah proyek dilakukan sebuah kontroling kinerjanya, baik kinerja waktu maupun kinerja biayanya. Hal ini dilakukan agar tidak terjadi overbudget ataupun overtime/overschedule, atau yang bisa disebut keterlambatan. Keterlambatan sebuah proyek merupakan masalah yang timbul hampir dalam setiap proyek. Dan dampak negatif dari keterlambatan sangatlah fatal, selain adanya denda/penalti, nama baik perusahaan juga menjadi taruhannya. Analisis kinerja juga penting untuk dilakukan walaupun proyek telah selesai, untuk bisa dilakukan evaluasi bagi proyek-proyek selanjutnya. Dalam penelitian ini dianalisis kinerja waktu dan biaya pada proyek pembangunan kapal Cargo Ro-Pax 300 yang dibangun di PT. Adiluhung Sarana Segara Indonesia. Status kinerja waktu dan biaya diperoleh dengan membuat Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) yang dikombinasikan dengan Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS). Kemudian dilakukan analisis kinerja waktu dan biaya tiap bulannya dengan menggunakan perhitungan dan grafik EVMS. Diharapkan dari penelitian ini didapatkan sebuah kesimpulan status kinerjanya dan disusunlah rekomendasi-rekomendasi atau tindakan-tindakan korektif untuk proyek selanjutnya, sehingga masalah-masalah yang pernah terjadi tidak terulang kembali dan menjadikan jalannya proyek semakin efektif.

It is very important in a project to do a control of its performance, both time performance and cost performance. This is done so there is no overbudget or overtime/overscheduling, or what can be called a delay. Delay in a project is a problem that occurs almost every project. And the negative impact of the delay is significant, besides the penalties, the company's good name is at stake. Performance analysis is also important to do even though the project has been completed, to be able to be evaluated for further projects. In this research, the performance of time and cost will be analyzed on the construction of the Cargo Ro-Pax 300 ship project which built at PT. Adiluhung Sarana Segara Indonesia. Posistion of time and cost performance is obtained by creating a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) combined with an Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS). Then analyze the performance of time and costs each month using calculation and the EVMS. It is expected that this research will obtain a conclusion of its performance position and compile recommendations or corrective actions for the next project, so that the problems that have occurred do not happens again and make the project more effective.
