Abstract

Penelitian dan pengembangan mengenai kendaraan listrik kian berkembang pesat, tak terkecuali teknologi pengereman. Seiring penggunaannya, pengereman dapat mengalami kegagalan yang mana bukan merupakan hal yang diinginkan karena menyangkut keselamatan pengemudi dan orang lain. Salah satu kerusakan yang umum terjadi ialah kesalahan pada komponen aktuator yaitu inverter pada sistem motor BLDC. Oleh karena itu, pada tugas akhir ini dirancang Fault Tolerant Control untuk mengkompensasi akibat dari kesalahan tersebut. Fault Tolerant Control diaplikasikan pada plant pengereman regenerative sebagai ABS yang telah dirancang. Dengan kesalahan yang diberikan berupa variasi switch yang mengalami kegagalan, FTC dapat mengurangi deviasi pada slip ratio akibat dari kesalahan dan meningkatkan performansi pengereman secara keseluruhan. Perubahan slip ratio tanpa FTC senilai maksimal 1 mampu dikurangi dengan FTC hingga bernilai 0,35, juga pengereman tetap dapat dilakukan hingga kendaraan berhenti sempurna.

Advances in research and development of electric vehicles are growing very fast, not exceptionally on braking technologies. On its usage, braking could experience failure which isn’t the thing that everyone wants to happen because it involves the safety of the driver and any other people. One of the most common failure on electric vehicle braking is fault on power electronics inverter on BLDC motor system. Because of that reason, this final project has objective to design a fault tolerant control to compensate the consequence of the fault. Fault Tolerant Control is applicated on regenerative braking as anti-lock braking system that has been modelled. With faults given by variations of inverter switches faults, FTC is able to reduce the deviation of slip ratio as the consequence of the fault and improves the braking performance as a whole. Differences on slip ratio without FTC valued 1 are able to reduced with FTC to 0,35, also braking could be applied until the vehicle completely stops.
