Abstract

Penyakit stroke merupakan penyakit yang mematikan di Indonesia, penyakit ini juga menempati urutan pertama di Indonesia pada tahun 2010 dimana penyakit ini penyebab meningkatnya angka kematian dibandingkan penyakit jantung dan diabetes. Maka dari itu tujuan dari penelitian ini ingin mengetahui apa saja faktor-faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi stroke iskemik. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari rekam medis Rumah Sakit Islam Surabaya dengan jumlah data 75 pasien yang didiagnosa terkena penyakit stroke. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan analisis terhadap faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan penyumbatan pembuluh darah (iskemik) pada pasien stroke dengan menggunakan metode regresi logistik biner. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dari sembilan variabel yang diduga berpengaruh signifikan yakni variable rasa nyeri di dada, variable usia, dan variable status merokok yang menunjukkan apabila usia seseorang bertambah satu tahun maka resiko terkena penyakit stroke iskemik bertambah sebesar 0,919 kali, sedangkan pasien yang merasakan rasa nyeri di dada memiliki resiko terkena penyakit stroke iskemik 6,042 kali daripada pasien yang tidak merasakan rasa nyeri di dada. Apabila pasien yang merupakan perokok aktif akan memiliki resiko terkena penyakit stroke iskemik sebesar 20,104 kali daripada pasien yang merupakan perokok pasif.

Stroke disease is a deadly disease in Indonesia, the disease also ranks first in Indonesia in 2010 where the disease causes increased mortality rates than heart disease and diabetes. Hence the purpose of this study wanted to know what are the suspected factors affecting ischemic stroke. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from Surabaya Islamic Hospital medical record with the amount of data 75 patients diagnosed with stroke disease. Therefore, analysis of the factors that cause blockage of blood vessels (ischemic) in stroke patients using binary logistic regression method. The results of the analysis show that out of the nine variables that are suspected significant effect are the pain variables in the chest, age variables, and a variable of smoking status indicating if a person's age increases one year then the risk of illness Ischemic stroke increases by 0.919 times, while patients who feel pain in the chest have the risk of developing ischemic stroke 6.042 times than patients who do not feel pain in the chest. If the patient who is an active smoker will have the risk of ischemic stroke disease of 20.104 times than the patient who is a passive smoker.
