Abstract
Gedung Apartemen Griya Tawang direncanakan memiliki ketinggian empat lantai dengan pelat atap beton. Berdasarkan hasil Standard Penetration Test (SPT) diketahui bahwa gedung ini dibangun diatas kelas situs tanah sedang dan termasuk dalam kategori desain seismic C, sehingga perhitungan struktur dapat menggunakan metode Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah (SRPMM). Perhitungan struktur dan gempa mengacu pada peraturan yang berlaku. Peraturan yang digunakan adalah standar desain yang berlaku di Indonesia yaitu SNI 2847-2013; SNI 1727-2013; SNI 1726-2012. Dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan preliminari desain pada komponen struktur untuk menentukan dimensi dari elemen struktur. Hasil dari preliminari kemudian dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam melakukan permodelan. Hasil dari permodelan berupa gaya dalam yang digunakan pada perhitungan penulangan komponen struktur. Kemudian dilakukan pengecekkan kemampuan dan persyaratan dari struktur. Perhitungan yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk menghasilkan desain komponen struktur dan penulangannya yang kemudian disajikan dalam gambar desain. Gambar desain tersebut berguna sebagai acuan pelaksananaan dari pekerjaan komponen tersebut di lapangan

The Construction of Griya Tawang Partment Building is planned to have a height of four floors with concrete roof plates. Based on the results of the Standard Penetration Test (SPT), it is known that this building was built on a medium land site class and is included in the C seismic design category, so that structural calculations can use the Intermediate Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMM) method. Tructure and earthquake calculations refer to applicable regulations. The regulations used are the applicable design standards in Indonesia, SNI 2847-2013; SNI 1727-2013; SNI 1726-2012. By first oing preliminary design on structural components to determine the dimensions of structural elements. The results of preliminary are used as reference in modeling. The results of the modeling are in the form of internal forces used in the calculation of reinforcement of structural components. Then check the capabilities and requirements ofe the structe. The calculation carried out aims to produce structural components and reinforcement designs which are then presented in design drawings. The design drawing is useful as reference for the implementation of the component work in the field.
