Abstract

Peraturan Akademik (PA) ITS tahun 2018 terdapat perubahan capaian hasil evaluasi mahasiswa yang lebih tinggi. Rentang nilai pada PA ITS 2018 telah berubah menjadi lebih ketat dengan rentang nilai A: 86-100; AB: 76-85; B: 66-75; BC: 61-65; C: 56-60; dan D&E: 0-55. Perubahan capaian evaluasi yang semakin tinggi menyebabkan prosedur dan proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran juga berubah. Hal ini memunculkan dugaan bahwa kapabilitas proses mengalami perubahan pula. Oleh karena itu, penelitian dilakukan guna untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran mahasiswa berdasarkan PA tahun 2018 dapat dikatakan kapabel atau tidak. Dengan analisis kapabilitas dan analisis peta kendali didapatkan hasil analisis yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat departemen dengan proses pembelajaran yang kapabel namun terdapat 2 departemen dengan tingkat presisi dan tingkat akurasi tinggi karena memiliki indeks $C_p$ dan $C_{pk}$ lebih dari 1, yang artinya hasil evaluasi pada 2 departemen tersebut telah memenuhi target namun proses pembelajaran yang tidak kapabel dikarenakan proses pembelajaran yang tidak terkendali secara statistik. Apabila dilihat pada rata-rata nilai $C_p$ dan $C_{pk}$ maka didapatkan peta kendali dengan kesimpulan bahwa proses pembelajaran mahasiswa di ITS tidak terkendali secara statistik. Namun apabila departemen-departemen yang berada di luar batas kendali dihilangkan, maka proses didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa proses pembelajaran terkendali secara statistik dengan indeks $C_p$ sebesar 1,401 dan indeks $C_{pk}$ sebesar 1,233.

Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember is a State University that has renewed Academic Regulations in 2018 which previously published the Academic Regulation in 2014. In the Academic Regulation (AR) of 2018 discussed changes in achievement of higher student research results. As in the value of A in the AR 2014 obtained in the range of 81 to 100, but in the AR 2018 upgraded to a range of 86 to 100. Then with the values of AB, B, BC, C, D, and E also increased. Changes in learning outcomes that increase the processes and processes of education and learning also change. This raises the suspicion as the capability of the transition process changes as well. Therefore, research conducted to study student learning processes based on the AR 2018 can be provided capable. The results of the analysis show that there is no department with a capable learning process but there are 6 departments with a high level of precision because they have a $C_p$ and $C_{pk}$ index of more than 1, which means the results of evaluations in 6 departments are expected to reach the learning process objectives due to the process uncontrolled statistical learning. If seen in the average index of $C_p$ and $C_{pk}$ from each department, it is obtained $C_p$ value of 1.401 and $C_{pk}$ of 1.233, then the conclusion is that the learning process of students in ITS is not capable.
