Abstract
Pencapaian hasil produksi dalam suatu perusahaan sangat penting karena mempengaruhi mutu kinerja dari perusahaan tersebut. Saat ini, perkembangan di era industri 4.0 sangat cepat dan semakin rumit, terutama dimana sebuah sistem diperlukan untuk menggabungkan lingkungan produksi dengan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Informasi digunakan untuk memberitahu keadaan atau proses yang sedang terjadi di lingkungan produksi. Dengan demikian komunikasi dan informasi harus ditingkatkan dengan membuat sistem yaitu sistem andon. Sistem ini digunakan untuk melakukan monitoring proses di line produksi, maintenance, dan pelaporan hasil produksi. Kontroler yang digunakan yaitu programmable logic controller (PLC) dengan pemrograman ladder dan komunikasi ethernet untuk menghubungkan PLC, HMI (Human Machine Interface) dan PC server melalui switching managed HUB. Semua informasi tentang proses produksi dimuat pada tampilan sistem andon yang dibuat menggunakan software CIMON SCADA dan penyimpanan data otomatis pada database. Hasil dari pembuatan sistem ini adalah memudahkan pengguna dalam monitoring proses dan keadaan di lini produksi dan penyimpanan data hasil produksi yang lebih terstruktur. Tingkat efisiensi sebelum dan sesudah digunakan sistem andon adalah 66% yang dipengaruhi oleh tiga faktor yaitu waktu, biaya, dan kualitas.

Achievement of production results in a company is very important because it increases the performance of the company. At present, developments in the industrial era 4.0 are very fast and increasingly complicated, the system needed is needed to improve the production environment with information and communication technology. Information used to resolve situations or processes that occur in the production environment. Thus communication and information must be improved by creating a system that is the andon system. This system is used to carry out the monitoring process in the production, maintenance and reporting lines of production. The controller used is a programmable logic controller (PLC) with ladder programming and ethernet communication to connect PLC, HMI (Human Machine Interface) and PC server through managed HUB switching. All information about the production process is loaded on the system display and made using CIMON SCADA software and automatic data storage on the database. The results of making this system make it easier for users in the process of monitoring and linear production and storing more structured production data. The level of efficiency before and after the use of the Andon system is 66% which is influenced by three factors, namely time, cost, and quality.
