Abstract

PLTU Nagan Raya merupakan pembangkit listrik yang sangat penting untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi listrik di Provinsi Aceh. Dalam mengoptimalkan peran fungsinya, PLTU Nagan Raya membangun breakwater sebagai bangunan pelindung pantai. Namun, kondisi kolam labuh yang terbuka menyebabkan sedimen yang ditransporkan oleh arus pasang surut dan gelombang menyebar dengan cepat masuk kolam labuh dan menyebabkan kapal kesulitan melakukan bongkar batubara di dermaga. Selain itu, konstruksi pemecah gelombang yang sudah ada belum maksimal dalam melindungi kolam pelabuhan dari sedimentasi. Dalam penelitian tugas akhir ini dianalisis mengenai laju sedimentasi, metode pengerukan yang paling efektif dan penentuan dumping point menggunakan DELFT3D. Dengan perhitungan metode CERC didapatkan laju sedimentasi sebesar 58000 m3/bulan. Kapal yang cocok dipakai di lokasi adalah kapal keruk tipe Sand Pump 1, Sand Pump 2, Sand Pump 3, Sand Pump 4, B-250 Minimax dan B-250 Minion. Dari hasil perhitungan, kapal keruk yang paling efektif adalah kapal keruk Sand Pump 3 dan Sand Pump 4 dengan variasi 2 buah kapal keruk Sand Pump 4 dan 1 buah kapal keruk Sand Pump 3 dalam waktu 26 hari dan total biaya sebesar Rp. 3,008,407,409,-/bulan.====================================================================================================
The PLTU Nagan Raya is a power plant that is very important to meet the electrical energy needs in Aceh Province. In optimizing its function role, the Nagan Raya PLTU built a breakwater as a coastal protection building. However, the condition of open ponds caused sediments to be transmitted by tidal currents and the waves spread rapidly into the ponds and caused difficulties for ships to unload coal at the pier. In addition, the existing breakwater construction has not been maximized in protecting the port pond from sedimentation. In this final assignment study analyzed the sedimentation rate, the most effective dredging method and the determination of dumping points using DELFT3D. By calculating the CERC method, the sedimentation rate is 58000 m3/month. Ships suitable for use on location are Sand Pump 1, Sand Pump 2, Sand Pump 3, Sand Pump 4, B-250 Minimax and B-250 Minions. From the calculation results, the most effective dredgers are Sand Pump 3 and Sand Pump 4 dredges with variations of 2 Sand Pump 4 dredgers and 1 Sand Pump 3 dredgers within 26 days and a total cost of Rp. 3,008,407,409,-/month.
