Abstract

Setiap tahun, perkembangan peralatan medis semakin berkembang pesat. Namun, penyakit yang ada didunia juga semakin kompleks. Penyakit yang berkembang di masyarakat merupakan dampak dari pola hidup yang biasa dilakukan sehari-hari. Lingkungan yang tidak bersih banyak memiliki dampak negatif salah satunya adalah penyakit tuberculosis(TB). Negara Indonesia yang merupakan negara berkembang juga memiliki penderita penyakit ini yang lumayan besar, terutama desa yang masih terpencil seperti kecamatan yang ada di kabupaten Pamekasan. Penyakit TB yang sudah tercatat pada dinas kesehatan pada tahun 2016 adalah sebesar 705 orang yang merupakan jumlah yang cukup besar salah satunya yang paling besar berada di Kecamatan Batumarmar dan Waru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruh perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) pada rumah tangga penderita TB menggunakan metode regresi logistik biner. Kesimpulan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat pada rumah tangga penderita TB adalah jenis lantai terluas dan kepadatan hunian. permodelan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat pada penderita TB dapat diprediksi dengan tepat oleh model sebesar 75,5%.

Every year, the development of medical equipment is growing rapidly. However, diseases that exist in the world are also increasingly complex. Diseases that develop in the community are the effects of life patterns that are usually done everyday. Many unclean environments have negative impacts, one of which is tuberculosis. The country of Indonesia which is a developing country also has a large number of people with this disease, especially villages that are still remote, such as sub-districts in Pamekasan regency. Tuberculosis disease that has been recorded in the health office in 2016 amounted to 705 people, which is quite a large number, one of which is the largest in Batumarmar and Waru Districts. This study aims to determine what factors influence the Clean and Healthy Behavior (CHB) living in tuberculosis patients using the binary logistic regression method. The conclusion that the factors that influence the behavior of clean and healthy living in the households of tuberculosis patients are the widest type of floor and the density of occupancy. modeling clean and healthy behaviors in household tuberculosis patients can be predicted correctly by the model at 75.5%.
