Abstract
Pada industri masih banyak perusahaan yang tidak peduli terhadap permasalahan pompa dan air pada perusahaan. Dimana permasalahan di industri berupa lupa mematikannya pompa air yang menyala 24 jam tanpa henti, yang mengakibatkan tandon air cepat penuh atau habis tanpa sepengetahuan orang lain. Tandon Air saat penuh atau habis bisa dicegah dengan menggunakan sistem pada pompa air secara otomatis. Belum adanya monitoring pada ketinggian dan volume air mempersulit untuk dilihat secara kasat mata. Untuk mempermudah maka menggunakan Sistem Monitoring Real Time Ketinggian dan Volume Air pada Tandon menggunakan HMI (Human Machine Interface), nantinya dapat mengirim sinyal apabila tandon penuh atau habis, serta akan mematikan pompa airnya secara otomatis. Hasil dari Proyek Akhir ini adalah aplikasi yang dibuat telah dapat digunakan untuk memonitoring dan melakukan pengontrolan kondisi pada tandon air secara real time. Dengan hasil pengukuran sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04 sebagai pengukur tinggi air memiliki ketidakpastian jarak tinggi aktual dengan selisih jarak ± 0,4 cm.

In the industry there are many companies that do not care about the problem of pumps and water in the company. Where the problem in the industry is to forget to turn off the water pump that is lit 24 hours nonstop, resulting in a fast water mark full or discharged without the knowledge of others. Tandon Air when full or discharged can be prevented by using the system on the water pump automatically. There is no monitoring on the altitude and the volume of water complicates the naked eye. To facilitate the use of Monitoring system Real Time altitude and water Volume on Tandon using HMI (Human Machine Interface), can then send a signal when the Tandon is full or exhausted, and will turn off the water pump automatically. The result of this final project is that the application is created that can be used to monitor and control the conditions of the water tandon in real time. With the results of ultrasonic sensor measurement HC-SR04 as a high water gauge has actual high distance uncertainty with a gap distance of ± 0.4 cm.
