Abstract
Load Shedding merupakan suatu bentuk tindakan pelepasan beban yang terjadi secara otomatis ataupun manual dengan tujuan mengamankan kesinambungan sumber listrik. Proses pelepasan beban sebenarnya bisa dilakukan secara otomatis menggunakan relai arus lebih namun dalam penormalan kembali masih dilakukan secara man-ual. Untuk dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dalam proyek akhir ini dirancang sebuah sistem otomasi dalam pelepasan beban. Sistem ini nantinya bekerja dengan mengukur arus total, kemudian dibandingkan dengan arus maksimal yang telah ditentukan. Ketika arus melebihi arus maksimal, relay akan memutus beban sesuai prior-itas beban. Dalam penormalan kembali ketika arus total yang terukur di bawah arus minimal, maka relay yang telah putus akan disam-bungkan kembali. Dari data yang diperoleh, pembacaan sensor tegangan mem-iliki tingkat akurasi yang baik, dengan nilai persen error tertinggi 0,4%, sedangkan sensor arus memiliki persen error tertiggi 1,1%. Setelah dilakukan beberapa kali pengujian, sistem pelepasan beban dengan batas arus 2,3A dapat disimpulkan sistem dapat bekerja baik. Sistem juga dapat melakukan penormalan kembali jika beban lebih yang terjadi sudah kembali normal.

Load Shedding is a form of load release action that occurs au-tomatically or manually in order to save the continuity of the electric-ity source. The actual load release process can be carried out auto-matically using an over load relay but in normalization, it is done manually. To overcome this problem, in this final project an automation system is designed to release the load. This system will work by meas-uring the total current, then compared to the specified maximum flow. When the current exceeds the maximum current, the relay will discon-nect the load according to the priority load. In normalization when the total current is measured below the minimum current, the broken relay will be reconnected. From the data obtained, the voltage sensor reading has a good level of accuracy, with the highest error percentage value of 0.4%, while the current sensor has the highest error percentage value of 1.1%. After several times testing the load release system with 2,3A current limit can be improved the system can be used properly. The system can also normalize again if more loads are already normal.
