Abstract
Cuaca adalah fenomena yang biasa terjadi di atmosfer bumi. Cuaca merupakan sebuah aktivitas fenomena dalam waktu beberapa hari hingga berbulan-bulan. Cuaca memiliki banyak unsur seperti angin, suhu, kelembapan, dan lain-lain. Apabila terjadi transfer energi, maka akan menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan cuaca. Perubahan cuaca dapat menyebabkan bencana yang mengakibatkan terjadinya korban. Maka dari itu diperlukan alat yang mampu memonitoring semua unsur cuaca guna meminimalisir banyaknya korban. Alat pengukur cuaca merupakan solusi yang tepat, dikarenakan terdapat banyak parameter yang diukur. Alat ini terdiri dari sensor tekanan udara, sensor intensitas cahaya, dan sensor intensitas air hujan. Selain itu, terdapat mikrokontroler sebagai pengolah data hasil pengukuran sensor. Mikrokontroler yang digunakan yaitu Arduino Mega 2560. Selanjutnya data akan dikirim menuju Laptop/PC menggunakan modul Wifi berupa NodeMCU ESP8266. Akan tetapi, dikarenakan NodeMCU ESP8266 tidak dapat berdiri sendiri maka membutuhkan sebuah Router untuk access point. Diharapkan alat tersebut memberikan informasi mengenai cuaca terkini, dan dapat diaplikasikan dimanapun termasuk di pelabuhan. Dari hasil pengujian, sensor tekanan udara memiliki nilai error 3,25%, sensor intensitas cahaya 3,6 %.

Weather is a common phenomenon in the Earth's atmosphere. Weather is a phenomenon activity within a few days to months. Weather has many elements such as wind, temperature, humidity, etc. When there is an energy transfer, it will cause weather changes. Weather changes can cause disasters that result in casualties. Therefore we need a tool that can monitor all weather elements to minimize the number of victims. The weather meter is the right solution, because there are many parameters measured. This tool consists of air pressure sensors, light intensity sensors, and rainwater intensity sensors. In addition, there is a microcontroller to process sensor measurement data. The microcontroller used is Arduino Mega 2560. Then the data will be sent to the Laptop / PC using the Wifi module in the form of ESP8266 NodeMCU. However, because the ESP8266 NodeMCU cannot stand alone, it requires a Router for the access point. It is expected that the tool will provide information on the latest weather, and can be applied anywhere including the port. From the test results, the air pressure sensor has an error value of 3.25%, a light intensity sensor of 3.6%.
