Abstract

PT INDOCRANE merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang fabrikasi dan instalasi elevator / lift yang berkomitmen bekerja secara profesional dan konsisten untuk menghasilkan produk yang bermutu. Oleh karena itu faktor kualitas dan keselamatan sangat diperhatikan. Akan tetapi ada beberapa konsumen yang seringkali mengabaikan standard pengoperasian dan maintenance lift sehingga mengakibatkan adanya masalah dalam proses kinerja lift. Seperti putusnya wire rope dan kesalahan leveling. Sehingga perusahaan harus mengeluarkan cost lebih untuk kegiatan maintenance yang belum tentu merupakan kesalahan dari perusahaan. Berdasarkan uraian diatas maka perlu dibuat alat yang dapat memberikan data penggunaan lift meliputi waktu penggunaan lift dan beban yang diangkat secara realtime yang dapat dimonitor dari jarak jauh oleh perusahaan penyedia jasa lift / elevator. Alat ini dapat memberikan data penggunaan lift sehingga perusahaan penyedia lift dapat memantau secara langsung lift yang sedang digunakan oleh konsumen sehingga data tersebut dapat dijadikan bukti apabila terjadi complain dari pihak konsumen. Dengan persentase keakurasian pengiriman data sebesar 100% dan persentase keakurasian sensor beban sebesar 28%.

PT. INDOCRANE is a company engaged in the fabrication and installation of elevators/lifts that are committed to working professionally and consistently to produce quality products. Therefore, quality and safety factors are noted. However, there are some consumers who often ignore operating standards and maintenance lifts, that can make a problem in the elevator performance process. Such as wire rope break and leveling fault. So, the company should spend more cost for maintenance activities that are not a fault of the company. Based on the explanation above, it is necessary to create a device that can give the elevator usage data include the time of use of the lift and the loaded load in realtime that can be monitored remotely by the provider of elevators/lifts. This device can provide the use of elevator so the provider of the lift can directly monitor the lift that is being used by consumers and so that the data can be used as evidence if there is complain from the consumer. With a percentase data delivery accuracy at 100% and a percentage of load sensor accuracy at 28%.
