Abstract
Sistem metering gas merupakan salah satu sistem paling penting di Stasiun gas yang berfungsi untuk mengukur dan menghitung flowrate gas yang akan ditransmisikan. Sistem metering harus dijaga keandalannya agar dapat berkerja sesuai fungsinya dengan baik dan optimal selama masa operasionalnya. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) dan FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) agar dapat menjaga komponen dan mengurangi kegagalan serta mencegah dampak yang akan terjadi akibat kegagalan tersebut. Analisis RAM dilakukan dengan perhitungan keandalan seluruh komponen dan penentuan preventive maintenance. Keandalan sistem metering harus dijaga pada nilai 0,65. Sedangkan analisis FMEA dilakukan dengan menghitung nilai RPN (Risk Priority Number) dengan mengidentifikasi jenis kegagalan dan dampak yang terjadi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, sistem metering gas memiliki nilai reliability R(t) 0,65 pada saat 4000 jam dan nilai availability A(t) 0,99. Maintainability paling lama adalah 190 jam pada komponen Flow Computer A. Rentang waktu tercepat untuk dilakukan preventive maintenance adalah selama 3900 jam sekali pada komponen AT-1352B. Hasil analisis FMEA didapatkan nilai RPN tertinggi pada komponen Flow Computer B dengan nilai 60. ===============================================================================================================================
The gas metering system is one of the most important systems at the gas station which functions to measure and calculate the gas flow rate to be transmitted. The metering system must be maintained to be able to work according to its function properly and optimally during its operational period. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) in order to be able to maintain components and reduce failures and prevent the impact that will occur due to these failures. RAM analysis is done by calculating the reliability of all components and determining preventive maintenance. The reliability of the metering system must be maintained at a value of 0.65. While FMEA analysis is done by calculating the value of RPN (Risk Priority Number) by identifying the type of failure and the impact that occurs. Based on the results of the analysis, the gas metering system has a reliability value of R (t) 0.65 at 4000 hours and availability value A (t) 0.99. The longest maintainability is 190 hours in the Component of Computer A. The fastest time for preventive maintenance is 3900 hours for the AT-1352B component. The results of FMEA analysis showed the highest RPN value in the Flow Computer B component with a value of 60
