Abstract

PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera merupakan sebuah perusahaan industri yang memproses kayu menjadi plywood. Proses pembuatan plywood produk floor base dimulai dari proses assembly hingga finishing. Floor base adalah plywood yang diformulasikan dengan kadar serta tekanan terentu sehingga mampu digunakan untuk dasar lantai. Selama ini perusahaan belum mampu meminimalkan varibilitas pada proses produksi dalam mencapai target kualitas yang diinginkan perusahaan. Hal ini dikarenakan perusahaan belum menggunakan analisis kapabilitas dalam memperkirakan seberapa baik proses produksi dilakukan dalam memenuhi target kualitas yang diinginkan. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan analisis kapabilitas proses agar proses produksi floor base dapat dilihat seberapa baik proses produksi tersebut sehingga dapat meminimalkan varibialitas dalam proses produksi. Dikarenakan ukuran subgroup yang berjumlah besar maka, metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan analisis kapabilitas proses adalah peta kendali laney u. Data yang digunakan adalah data hasil pemeriksaan floor base pada dua periode. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa hasil produksi pada fase I tidak terkendali secara statistik. Sehingga kapabilitas proses produksi floor base tidak kapabel Sedangkan, pada hasil produksi fase II juga tidak terkendali secara statistik. Sehingga indeks kapabilitas proses produksi floor base pada fase II tidak kapabel. =================================================================================================================================
PT. Sumber Graha Sejahtera is an industrial company that processes wood into plywood. The process of making floor base plywood products starts from the assembly process to finishing. Floor bases are plywood formulated with certain levels and pressures so that they can be used for the floor base. So far, the company has not been able to minimize variability in the production process in achieving the desired quality targets of the company. This is because companies have not used capability analysis in estimating how well the production process is carried out in meeting the desired quality targets. Therefore, a process capability analysis is carried out so that the floor base production process can be seen how well the production process can minimize variability in the production process. Due to the large size of the subgroup, the method used in carrying out process capability analysis is the laney control chart. The data used is data from floor base inspection results in two periods. The results of the analysis show that the production results in phase I were not statistically controlled. So that the capability of the floor base production process is not capable. Meanwhile, the results of phase II production are also not statistically controlled. So that the capability index of the production process of the floor base in phase II is not capable.
