Abstract
Telah dilakukan rancang bangun sistem temperatur pada lemari pendingin cabai. Sistem kontrol temperatur pada lemari pendingin cabai ini di rancang dengan tujuan untuk penyimpanan cabai agar bertahan lama dan tetap segar. Pada rancang bangun sistem kontrol temperatur pada lemari pendingin cabai digunakan komponen pendingin dan sistem kontrol. Alat pendingin yang digunakan pada lemari pendingin terbuat dari mesin Air Conditioner(AC). Pada mesin AC terdapat dua bagian, yaitu indoor unit dan outdoor unit. Pada bagian outdoor terdapat kompressor, kondensor, dan pipa tembaga sebagai medium aliran gas refrigerant yang di alirkan ke evaporator. Pada sistem kontrol temperatur menggunakan Temperature Controller Autonic TK4S T4RR. Sensor yang digunakan pada sistem kontrol ini menggunakan termokopel type K. Hasil pengujian pengambilan data dari termokopel type K dengan alat ukur standar environment sensor sebagai pembanding ditemukan error pada sensor yang dipakai adalah sebesar 4,79 %. Pada pengujian respon sistem didapatkan rise time sensor atau Waktu pertama kali suhu pada lemari pendingin cabai menyentuh setpoint 16 ℃ pada 11 menit 21 detik.

The design of temperature control systems in chilli Box Cooler has been carried out. The temperature control system in the chilli refrigerator is designed for the purpose of storing chili to last long and stay fresh. In the design of the temperature control system in the chilli refrigerators used cooling components and control systems. Refrigerators used in Box Cooler are made of Air Conditioning (AC) machines. In the AC engine there are two parts, namely the indoor unit and the outdoor unit. In the outdoor section there are compressors, condensers, and copper pipes as the refrigerant gas flow medium that is delivered to the evporator. In the temperature control system using the TK4S T4RR Autonic Temperature Controller. The sensor used in this control system uses a type K thermocouple. The results of testing the data from the K type thermocouple with a standard environment sensor measuring instrument as a comparison found the sensor error used was 4.79%. In testing the system response there is a rise time sensor or the first time the temperature in the chilli refrigerator touches setpoint 16 ℃ at 11 minutes 21 seconds.
