Abstract
Pada penelitian ini telah dilakukan perancangan dan pembuatan sistem monitoring tekanan pada tabung bertekanan. Sistem monitoring tekanan pada penelitian ini merupakan sistem yang digunakan untuk mengetahui tekanan yang ada pada tabung bertekanan. Sistem monitoring terdiri atas sensor tekanan MPX5700AP, rangkaian LCD 20x4, ADC, dan Raspberry Pi3. Penggunaan sensor MPX5700AP diharapkan mampu membaca tekanan udara dengan tingkat galat (error) yang relatif kecil. Alat yang dibuat dapat menampilkan nilai hasil pengukuran pada LCD 20x4 serta menampilkan satuan tekanan dalam Psi. Setelah dilakukan pengujian dan validasi sensor didapatkan hasil dari karakteristik statik sensor adalah sebagai berikut: akurasi 98,99167%, sensitivitas 1,0125, hysteresis 0,000152416%. Data tekanan pada tabung bertekanan juga dapat direkam dan disimpan dalam bentuk file Ms.excel melalui sistem data logging.

In this study the design and manufacture of pressure monitoring systems on pressure vessel has been carried out. Pressure monitoring system in this study is a system that is used to determine the pressure that is in the pressurized vessel. The monitoring system consists of MPX5700AP pressure sensor, 20x4 LCD circuit, ADC, and Raspberry Pi3. The use of MPX5700AP sensor is expected to be able to read air pressure with a relatively small error rate. The tool that is made can display the value of the measurement results on the LCD 20x4 as well as display the unit of pressure in Psi. After testing and validation of the sensor, the results of the sensor static characteristics are as follows: accuracy 98.99167%, sensitivity 1.0125, hysteresis 0.000152416%. Pressure data on pressurized tubes can also be recorded and stored in Ms.excel files via a data logging system.
