Abstract
Industri kuliner merupakan salah satu sektor terbesar penopang keberlangsungan industri kreatif di Indonesia, sebesar 41,4% dari total perekonomian kreatif yaitu Rp 922 triliun. Perkembangan teknologi memberi pola baru terhadap perilaku manusia dalam berkehidupan, terutama bagi generasi Z yang menyandang predikat digital native. Keinginan untuk mendapatkan pelayanan restoran secara baik menjadi salah satu syarat yang wajib dipenuhi bagi pelaku industri kuliner. Sampai saat ini beberapa restaurant service masih banyak dilakukan secara manual dan menimbulkan berbagai masalah seperti overcrowd pelanggan, antrian yang panjang, hingga cara pembayaran yang dapat memicu turunnya tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi, banyak pelaku industri yang mulai bergeser ke arah digitalisasi data yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan personalisasi dalam pelayanan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan customer journey mapping untuk memetakan kebutuhan dan peluang, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses design thinking serta rapid prototyping. Konsep penelitian ini adalah order ahead, dimana user dapat melakukan reservasi meja dan memesan menu terlebih dahulu sehingga ketika di restoran user dapat langsung menikmati makanan. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi pelanggan, aplikasi pegawai dan aplikasi manager. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan value pengalaman seseorang yang berkaitan dengan restoran sehingga berdampak baik pada peningkatan value ekosistem Industri kuliner di Indonesia.

The culinary industry is one of the largest sectors sustaining the sustainability of the creative industry in Indonesia, amounting to 41.4% of the total creative economy of Rp 922 trillion. Technological developments provide a new pattern of human behavior in life, especially for generation Z who bears the title of digital native. The desire to get good restaurant services is one of the conditions that must be fulfilled for culinary industry players. Until now, several restaurant services are still done manually and cause various problems such as customer overcrowd, long queues, and payment methods that can trigger a decrease in customer satisfaction. With the development of technology, many industry players have begun to shift towards digitizing data that can improve efficiency and personalization in services. The method used in this study uses customer journey mapping to map needs and opportunities, then proceed with the process of thinking design and rapid prototyping. The concept of this research is order ahead, where users can make table reservations and order menus in advance so that when in a restaurant the user can immediately enjoy food. The results of this study are in the form of customer applications, employee applications and application managers. The existence of this research is expected to increase the value of one's experience related to restaurants so that it has a good impact on increasing the value of the culinary industry ecosystem in Indonesia.
