Abstract
Sistem pneumatik memiliki sangat banyak pengaplikasian pada industri, khususnya pada sistem produksi. Karena alasan tersebut, di masa perkuliahan pasti dijumpai praktikum yang berkenaan dengan teknik pneumatik maupun hidrolik. Pada modul praktikum teknik pneumatik, telah mendekati fungsi dan penerapan di industri. Akan tetapi, modul praktikum yang selama ini digunakan masih belum memiliki sistem HMI. Modul pneumatik double acting silinder akan dikontrol menggunakan Raspberry Pi 3 dan dimonitor dengan GUI MATLAB. Komunikasi yang digunakan untuk mengirim dan menerima data dari Raspberry ke GUI MATLAB adalah modul bluetooth HC-05. Dengan dibuatnya alat ini, dihasilkan suatu sistem pengoperasian modul pneumatik dalam 1 unit kompresor 36 liter dengan tekanan angin 2 bar, di mana silinder mampu bergerak maju dan mundur sebanyak 848 kali, menggunakan kontroler Raspberry Pi, GUI MATLAB sebagai HMI, dan komunikasi bluetooth HC-05 dengan jarak maksimal 10 meter untuk pengoperasiannya.

Pneumatic systems have a wide range of applications in industry, particularly in production systems. For this reason, practicum sessions related to pneumatic and hydraulic techniques are commonly encountered during coursework. The pneumatic technique practicum module has closely approximated the functions and applications used in industry. However, the practicum module used so far still lacks an HMI system. The double acting cylinder pneumatic module will be controlled using a Raspberry Pi 3 and monitored through a MATLAB GUI. The communication used to send and receive data between the Raspberry Pi and the MATLAB GUI is an HC-05 Bluetooth module. With the development of this device, an operating system for the pneumatic module was produced using a 36-liter air compressor unit with a pressure of 2 bar, in which the cylinder is capable of moving forward and backward 848 times. This is achieved using a Raspberry Pi controller, a MATLAB GUI as the HMI, and HC-05 Bluetooth communication with a maximum operating range of 10 meters.
