Abstract
Telah dilakukan analisis mengenai Safety Integrity Level (SIL) pada Unit CO2 Absorber 101-E. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengunakan dua metode yaitu Risk Graph dan Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). Metode risk graph digunakan untuk mengetahui nilai SIL setiap skenario kejadian yang ada di Hazard and Operability (HazOp) PT.Petrokimia Gresik sedangkan FTA digunakan untuk mengetahu SIL sistem CO2 Absorber 101-E berdasarkan potensi kegagalan komponen yang ada pada sistem tersebut. Berdasarkan metode risk graph didapatkan bahwa skenario kejadian overpressure mempunyai SIL 3 sedangkan pada skenario kejadian no flow dan skenario kejadian low level mempunyai nilai SIL 2. Nilai SIL tersebut didapatkan dengan menentukan besar konsekuensi, frekuensi kunjungan manusia di lapangan, kemungkinan menghindari kejadian bahaya serta likelihood pada komponen. Berbeda halnya dengan metode risk graph, berdasarkan metode FTA didapatkan bahwa sistem CO2 Absorber 101-E mempunyai nilai SIL 1 dengan nilai PFD 0.4121.

It has been analyzed Safety Integrity Level (SIL) in CO2 Absorber 101-E. Analizing has done using two method, risk graph and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). Risk Graph method used to determine SIL of each scenariaos based on Hazard of Operability (HazOp) in PT.Petrokimia Gresik while FTA usd to determine SIL of CO2 Absorber 101-E system based on probability failure of instruments. The result of risk graph showed that overpressure scenario was in SIL 3, while no flow scenario and low level had SIL 2. The safety integrity level was a function of consequence, occupancy, probability of avoiding hazard and demand rate or likelihood. While risk graph showed different SIL of each scenarios, based on FTA probability failure on demand of CO2 Absorber 101-E system was 0.4121equals to SIL 1.
