Abstract
PT. Platinum Ceramics merupakan produsen keramik terbesar di Indonesia dimana produknya telah diekspor ke lima benua. Untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan dominasi pasar, maka kualitas produk harus dilakukan secara terus menerus. Dalam proses produksi, terdapat beberapa variabel kualitas yang menentukan bagus tidaknya suatu produk sehingga variabel-variabel tersebut harus diperhatikan agar kualitas tetap terjaga. Diantaranya adalah variabel Densitas, Viscositas, dan Residu. Dalam menganalisa variabel-variabel tersebut, digunakan peta kendali Hotelling T2 untuk pengendalian kualitas multivariat dan Metode Behren Fisher untuk pendeteksian perbedaan kualitas produksi, serta analisis kapabilitas proses produksi untuk mengetahui apakah proses produksi telah memenuhi standart kualitas yang ditentukan perusahaan. Hasil produksi Mesin 1 dan Mesin 2 tidak terjadi perbedaan kualitas. Secara bersama-sama variabel Densitas, Viscositas, dan Residu belum terkendali secara statistik karena dari peta kendali Hotelling T2 masih ada beberapa pengamatan yang masih Out of Control. Diketahui bahwa kapabilitas proses produksi mesin 1 dan mesin 2 telah capable.

PT. Platinum Ceramics is the largest ceramic manufacturer in Indonesia where the products have been exported to five continents. To maintain and increase market dominance, then the quality of the products should be carried out continuously. In the production process, there are several variables that determine whether or not the quality of a product so that these variables must be taken to ensure that quality is maintained. Among them is a variable density, viscosity, and residues. In analyzing these variables, use the map controls Hotelling's T2 multivariate quality control and Fisher Behren method for the detection of differences in the quality of production, as well as the production process capability analysis to determine whether the production process has met the prescribed quality standards of the company. The production of machine 1 and machine 2 does not occur difference in quality. Taken together variable density, viscosity, and the residue was not statistically controlled because of Hotelling T2 control chart there are still some observations that are still out of control. It is known that the production process capability machines 1 and 2 have been capable.
