Abstract
Kerupuk sermier merupakan makanan ringan yang biasa
kita gunakan sebagai camilan atau makanan pelengkap. Dalam
proses pembuatan kerupuk sermier terdapat tiga proses yang
dilakukan untuk mengubah bahan baku menjadi bahan adonan,
yaitu proses pemarutan singkong, penyaringan, dan proses
pengadukan adonan kerupuk sermier. Dimana ketiga proses
tersebut tidak efisien karena dilakukan secara terpisah.
Oleh karena itu penulis merancang mesin 3 in 1 pemarut
singkong, penyaring dan pengaduk adonan kerupuk sermier yang
digerakkan oleh satu motor listrik arus bolak balik (AC).
Sehingga dalam proses pengolahan kerupuk sermier lebih efisien
bila dibandingkan dengan pengolahan yang dilakukan secara
terpisah.
Perancangan mesin 3 in 1 ini khusunya pengaduk
menggunakan daya 1 Hp dan putaran 1400 rpm untuk mengaduk
36 kg/jam adonan kerupuk sermier.

Sermier crackers is a snack that we usually eat as snacks
or food complement. In the process of making Sermier crackers
there are three processes undertaken to transform raw materials
into dough, they are cassava grating process, filtering, and the
mixing process of the Sermier crackers dough. They are not
efficient because it is run separately.
Therefore the authors designed 3 in 1 machine of cassava
grater, filter, and the dough mixer, they are driven by an electric
motor (AC). So the process of making Sermier crackers is more
efficient if compared to the process that run separately.
The design of this 3 in 1 machine especially the mixer
using 1 Hp power and 1400 rpm to mixing the 36 kg/hr dough of
Sermier crackers.
