Abstract

Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB)
melakukan otomasi seleksi penerimaan siswa baru (PSB) mulai
Setiap kota memiliki
bermacam-macam kebutuhan yang disesuaikan dengan
kebutuhan dari kota tersebut. Adapun setiap kota memiliki
beberapa variasi kebutuhan yang membuat banyaknya model
proses bisnis dan model database yang dibutuhkan.
Untuk mempermudah pembuatan model proses bisnis dan
model database selanjutnya, dibuatlah model evolusi proses
bentuk tree sehingga terbentuknya skema evolusi. Skema evolusi
disini dirancang menggunakan rule dengan metode Context
viii
Sensitive Grammar (CSG). Pada tugas akhir ini terdapat 3
klasifikasi proses bisnis yaitu: Klasifikasi Simple, Klasifikasi

New Learners Acceptance Information System (PPDB)
Telkom is an information system that designed to automate the
selection of new admissions (PSB) start of the registration
process, the selection process until the announcement of the
results of the selection, which is done online and real-time-based.
Until now, there are 25 cities in Indonesia using Telkom’s PPDB
Information System. Every city has a variety of needs that are
customized with the needs of the city. As each city has a few
requirement variations that make so many business process model
and database model is needed.
To facilitate modelling of further business process and
modelling of further database, we make a business processes
model evolution and database model evolution. Business process
model that is described in this modelling is the form of Business
Process Model Notation (BPMN). Whereas the database in this
modelling is the form of Conceptual Data Model (CDM) and
Physical Data Model (PDM). Furthermore, the business process
model and database model will be mapped into a tree form so it
will be formed as a evolutionary scheme. This evolutionary
scheme using Context Sensitive Grammar (CSG) method. In this
final project there are 3 business process classifications those
x
are: Simple Classification, Medium Classification and Complex
Classification.
These classifications will be used for making system to do
an examination about the business process classification and to
suggest the impossible tables in database. This system is using
string matching method to match new bussiness process with the
existing business process that made as a reference in system.
