Abstract
Gorontalo merupakan provinsi yang berkembang cukup
pesat. Ini bisa dibuktikan dengan pergerakan orang yang keluar
dan masuk di provinsi Gorontalo. Salah satu simpul pergerakan
manusia adalah di bandara Djalaluddin Gorontalo. Untuk
menampung pergerakan orang, diperlukan peningkatan fasilitas
bandara. Beberapa fasilitas bandara yang harus ditingkatkan
adalah perpanjangan runway. Pada perpanjangan runway akan
terjadi perubahan kapasitas runway.
Studi ini akan menganalisa apakah proyek perpanjangan
runway di bandara Djalaluddin dapat mencukupi peningkatan
lalu lintas udara yang akan terjadi di masa mendatang. Oleh
karena itu diperlukan data lalu lintas bandara saat ini dan
dimensi runway dan apron dengan cara permohonan data pada
instansi terkait yaitu dinas perhubungan.
Hasil studi ini didapatkan kapasitas runway tahun 2015
adalah 23 dengan pergerakan pesawat 10, pada tahun 2020
kapasitas runway 20 dengan pergerakan pesawat 17,dan pada
tahun 2025 kapasitas runway 25 dengan pergerakan 28.
Kapasitas taxiway adalah 60 dan masih mampu menampung
pergerakan pesawat.

Gorontalo is a province that is growing quite rapidly. This
can be evidenced by the movement of people in and out of
Gorontalo province. One of the node of people movement is at the
airport Djalaluddin Gorontalo. To accommodate the movement of
people, the necessary improvement of airport facilities. Some of
airport facilities that should be improvement is the extension of the
runway. On the extension of the runway will be increase runway
capacity
This study will analyse whether the runway extension
project at the airport can be sufficient for Djalaluddin airport
traffic increase that will occur in the future. It is therefore
necessary traffic data and dimension of the existing runway and
apron, that can get from the relevant agencies is transportation
agencies.
This study result obtained runway capacity in 2015 are 23
movements with 10 aircraft movements forecasting, in 2020 the
capacity of runway are 20 movements with 17 aircraft movements
forecasting, and in 2025 the capacity of runway are 25 movements
with 28 aircraft movements forecasting. Taxiway capacity are 60
aircraft movements and still be able to accommodate aircraft
movements until 2025.
