Abstract
Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) merupakan perguruan
tinggi yang menjalankan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, dimana salah
satu isinya adalah setiap dosen wajib melakukan penelitian. Hal ini
berkaitan dengan pengisian Beban Kerja Dosen (BKD) pada sistem
informasi kepegawaian. Kinerja dosen dapat diukur berdasarkan karya
ilmiah yang dipublikasikan. Publikasi ilmiah dapat dilakukan melalui
akun google scholar citation. Namun, tidak semua dosen di ITS
memiliki akun tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui
faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kinerja dosen di ITS. Metode yang
digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dummy dengan menggunakan
model rekursif. Data pada penelitian ini merupakan data primer dan
sekunder, yang diperoleh dari pendataan oleh bagian kepegawaian ITS
dan web http://scholar.google.com/. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi
kinerja dosen ITS dimana jumlah kutipan sebagai variabel dependen
adalah jumlah paper yang ditulis dengan bahasa Inggris, lulusan, dan
jabatan yaitu Guru besar dengan koefisien determinasi 43,8%.
Sedangkan model rekursif kedua dengan indeks h sebagai variabel
dependen faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah jumlah kutipan, jumlah
paper yang ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris, pendidikan, usia, fakultas
untuk kategori FMIPA, dan lulusan dimana proporsi variasi yang dapat
menjelaskan indeks h sebesar 78,6%.

Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) is a college
high run Tri Dharma University, where one of its content is required to
conduct research lecturers. This relates to the charging Workload
Lecturer on personnel information system. Faculty performance can be
measured by published scientific papers. Scientific publications that can
be done through a google account scholar citation. However, not all
lecturers in ITS have the account. This research was conducted to
determine what factors affect the performance of lecturers in ITS. The
method used is multiple linear regression dummy using recursive
models. The data in this research are primary and secondary data,
obtained from ITS data collection and web http://scholar.google.com/.
Factors that influence the performance of lecturers ITS where the
number of citations as the dependent variable is the number of papers
written in English, graduate, and professor positions, with a coefficient
of determination 43.8%. While the second recursive models with h
index as the dependent variable is the number of factors that affect the
citations, the number of papers written in English, education, faculty of
Natural Sciences category FMIPA, and graduates where the proportion
of variation which may explain the h index by 78.6%.
