Abstract
Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai karakterisasi
pengaruh temperatur terhadap intensitas emisi material
luminisensi ZnO:Zn. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui
sifat optik dari ZnO:Zn sebagai material luminisensi dan akan
dianalisis pengaruh temperatur terhadap intensitas emisi material
luminisensi ZnO:Zn pada konsentrasi doping 5%. Sintesis ZnO
dilakukan dengan metode solution phase dan dalam mendapatkan
material luminisen ZnO:Zn digunakan metode milling. Spektrum
absorbansi terbaik dihasilkan oleh ZnO:Zn dengan suhu tertinggi
kalsinasi yaitu 400oC. Berdasarkan dari karakterisasi spektrum
photoluminniscence diketahui bahwa material luminisensi
ZnO:Zn dengan variasi temperatur mampu mengemisikan cahaya
hijau dengan rentang panjang gelombang 522,5nm. Variasi
temperatur yang diberikan akan berpengaruh pada tingginya
intensitas emisi ZnO:Zn yang dihasilkan seiring meningkatnya
temperatur yang diberikan.

The research on characterization about temperature effect
of the emission intensity of ZnO:Zn as luminescence material has
been carried out. This study aims to determine the optical
properties of ZnO:Zn as luminescence material and to analyze the
effect of temperature on emission intensity of luminescence
material ZnO:Zn with 5% doping concentration. ZnO was
synthesized using solution phase method and ZnO:Zn obtained
using milling method. The best absorbance spectrum was
generated by the ZnO:Zn with a high temperature calcination at
400oC. Based on the characterization of the spectrum
photoluminescence known that luminescence material ZnO:Zn is
able to emit green light with a wavelength range of 522,5nm. The
high temperature will affect the intensity value of emission
ZnO:Zn.
