Abstract

Banyaknya teknologi informasi yang memberikan
layanan saat ini diharapkan dapat membantu untuk memenuhi
kebutuhan dari para konsumen. Tidak ada jaminan bahwa
kemajuan teknologi akan selalu diikuti dengan kesuksesan
adopsi oleh konsumen, oleh sebab itu penerimaan konsumen
dan keinginan untuk mengadopsi atau menerima teknologi
informasi tersebut merupakan aspek penting bagi pemasaran
bagi layanan teknologi informasi tersebut.
Pengujian terhadap kasus penerapan layanan finansial
melalui internet, dapat dilihat sebagai sebuah inovasi dalam
service delivery. Studi kualitatif dengan menggunakan model
Roger, tentang penerimaan atribut-atribut adopsi telah
memperkuat konsep Baeur tentang penerimaan risiko.
Penerimaan atribut-atribut adopsi terbukti penting untuk
menghitung keputusan pemakaian oleh konsumen. Pengujian
dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif
agar dapat menggali lebih banyak informasi.
Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana
atribut-atribut adopsi tersebut dapat memberikan pengaruh
bagi konsumen dan kemungkinan munculnya faktor baru pada
informan dalam melakukan adopsi teknologi informasi.

The large number of information technology that provides
services are expected to help the needs of consumer. There’s
no guarantee that advances in technology will always followed
by the successful of adoption by consumer, therefore consumer
acceptance and willingness to adopt or receive the
information technology is an important aspect for the
marketing of information technology services.
The calibration of the case of the internet finansial services
via internet can be seen as an innovation of service delivery.
Rogers model using qualitative study, acceptance of the
adoption attributes of Baeur concept has strengthened the
acceptance concept of risk. The acceptance of atrributes
proves that it is crucial to adopt the decision usage by
consumers. This research is using by qualitative methods to
get more information.
The result of this research is how the atrributes of adoption
can give effect to the consumer and the possibility of the
emergence of the new factors on informants in adopting
information technology.
