Abstract

Penelitian tentang kebisingan dan rekomendasi rancangan
partisi dalam pencapaian standar noise criteria bangunan
pemukiman di rumah susun urip sumoharjo Surabaya dilakukan
untuk mengetahui distribusi kebisingan, nilai noise criteria ruang,
serta pengaruh penambahan bahan uji pada nilai noise reduction
dan noise criteria. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pengukuran
distribusi kebisingan, noise criteria dan noise reduction ruang
sebelum dan setelah penambahan bahan uji, serta perhitungan
transmission loss dalam perancangan dinding muka. Bahan yang
digunakan adalah gorden dengan bahan cotton 100 % tebal 0,1
cm. Dari hasil pengukuran dan analisis didapatkan bahwa kondisi
bising paling tinggi yaitu 89 ± 3,41 dBA diperoleh di lantai 4
pada malam hari. Nilai noise criteria yang didapat tidak
memenuhi standar yaitu, NC 61-69 untuk daerah ruang tamu, NC
61-67 untuk daerah tempat tidur, serta NC 61-64 untuk daerah
dapur dan kamar mandi. Pengaruh bahan uji (gorden) terhadap
noise reduction sebesar 4-13 dBA dan pada noise criteria sebesar
1-3 dBA atau setara dengan kenaikan kualitas sebesar 2 NC.

Research on noise and partition design recommendation in
achieving noise criteria standard of residential building in Urip
Sumoharjo Surabaya flats was conducted to determine noise
distribution, noise criteria, and the effect of materials adding on
the value of noise reduction and noise criteria. The research was
conducted by measuring the noise distribution, noise criteria, and
noise reduction before and after the addition of material, and also
the transmission loss calculation of the wall. The material used in
the research was curtain with 100% cotton and 0,1 cm thick.
From the measurement and analysis result, it was found that the
highest condition was on the 4th floor flats at night with the value
of 89 ± 3,41 dBA. The value of noise criteria are as followed, NC
61-69 in living room area, NC 61-67 in bed area, and NC 61-64
in kitchen area, which are not in accordance with the standard.
However, the effect of material (curtain) on noise reduction are
ranging between 4-13 dBA, and on the noise criteria are between
1-3 dBA, which are equivalent to a quality improvement as much
as 2 NC.
