Abstract

Penyusunan proyek akhir ini mengambil obyek Gedung
Psikologi Universitas Surabaya (UBAYA). Namun bangunan
tersebut telah dimodifikasi dalam perencanaan ini, sesuai dengan
standart kompetensi yang berlaku di program studi Diploma
Teknik Sipil FTSP – ITS Surabaya. Modifikasi bangunan meliputi
pengubahan denah lantai bangunan yang semula 7 lantai menjadi
4 lantai. Perencanaan Gedung ini menggunakan Sistem Rangka
Pemikul Momen Menengah (SRPMM).
Perhitungan beban berdasarkan dengan Peraturan
Pembebanan Indonesia untuk Bangunan Gedung (PPIUG 1983).
Sedangkan perhitungan gempa mengacu pada SNI 1726 – 2012
dan Peta Hazard Gempa Indonesia 2010. Beban gempa yang bekerja pada struktur bangunan menggunakan statik ekuivalen
menggunakan SRPMM dengan nilai R = 5.
Struktur sekunder terdiri dari pelat dan tangga yang
dipikul oleh struktur primer yaitu balok dan kolom. Sedangkan
perencanaan struktur bawah meliputi sloof dan pile cap, dengan
pondasi borpile. Perencanaan struktur beton bertulang mengacu
pada SNI 03–2847–2013 tentang Tata Cara Perhitungan Struktur
Beton Bangunan Gedung.
Dari hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil
gambar teknik struktur bangunan dimana bangunan tersebut
mampu menahan gaya gempa yang terjadi di wilayah Surabaya.

This final project is referring to Surabaya University
Psychology Bulding as aplanning object. However the building has
been modified for this final project planning, according to
competence standard that applied on Diploma Study ofCivil Major
FTSP - ITS Surabaya. The building modifications consist offloor
plan change which on previous plan has 7 floor level to 4 floor
level.This building plan use Intermediate Moment Resisting Frame
System (SRPMM).
The building load calculation is referring to Indonesia
Loading Regulation for Building (PPIUG 1983). Meanwhile the
earthquake calculation referring to SNI 1726-2012 and Indonesia
Earthquake Hazard Map 2010. Earthquake load thataffect the
building use equivalent static based on SRPMM with R value = 5. The secondary structur consist of slab and stairs that
supported by the primarystructur which is beam and column.
Meanwhile for the Low structur plan consist of sloof and pile cap,
with bored pile foundation. The reinforced concrete structur plan
referring to SNI 03-2847-2013 concerning about Building
Concrete Structur Calculations Procedures.
The result for the calculations are the building structur
technical drawings where's the building can withstand the
earthquake force that happen on Surabaya territory
