Abstract
Proses bisnis pengadaan merupakan salah satu
bagian penting bagi banyak perusahaan untuk mendukung
dan memenuhi kebutuhan pengadaan untuk produksinya.
Proses pengadaan konvensional sudah semakin
terdukung dengan sistem e-Procurement dan Enterprise
Resources Planning (ERP) seperti SAP. Namun, best
practice SAP tidak semuanya tepat dan sesuai dijalankan
pada beberapa perusahaan. Hal ini menjadi
permasalahan bagi perusahaan karena tidak dapat
memonitor proses bisnis yang dijalankan sesuai
kenyataan. Sehingga perlu adanya pemodelan proses
bisnis pengadaan dan analisis kinerja berdasarkan
komponen tertentu terutama ketepatan waktu pengiriman.
Dengan adanya permasalah ketidaksesuaian jalannya
suatu proses bisnis dilapangan dengan sistem dan
prosedur, diperlukan metode penggalian proses. Untuk
dapat memahami teknik penggalian proses diperlukan
untuk memahami teori dan penelitian terkait. Tahapan
penggalian proses dimulai dari mengeksplorasi dan
mengumpulkan kebutuhan data terkait dengan proses

bisnis pengadaan. Tahap selanjutnya adalah melakukan
ekstraksi data catatan kejadian yang terekam pada sistem
pengadaan. Setelah data catatan kejadian terstruktur
selanjutnya adalah melakukan penggalian proses dengan
menggunakan perangkat lunak ProM dan algoritma
inductive miner. Dari penggalian proses tersebut akan
didapatkan model proses bisnis yang selanjutnya akan
dilakukan analisis untuk menemukan solusi permasalahan.
Model proses bisnis tersebut dapat direpresentasikan
dengan event log atau catatan kejadian. Dengan
menggunakan teknik penggalian proses dan algoritma
Inductive Miner, diharapkan model proses bisnis yang
dianalisis sesuai dengan kenyataan dilapangan yang
terjadi. Hal tersebut sangat penting bagi penelusuran
proses bisnis pengadaan yang baik bagi perusahaan.
Penggunaan algoritma inductive miner juga dianggap
menjadi faktor penting yang mampu menganalisis
aktivitas secara menyeluruh, sehingga perusahaan dapat
melakukan evaluasi model bisnisnya. Dengan model bisnis
dan analisis yang dilakukan dari hasil penggalian proses
ini diharapkan dapat menemukan model bisnis yang
sesuai bagi perusahaan ==================================================================== Procurement business processes is one of the
important part for many companies to support the needs of
production. Conventional procurement process already more
supported with e-Procurement systems and Enterprise
Resources Planning (ERP) such as SAP. However, the best
practice of SAP is not fit on some companies. This is a
problem for the company because it could not monitor the
business processes are executed according to the fact. In
addition, the procurement process could not be otomated if
there is unknown activity on the procurement business
processes that have significance. For example, in the selection
of vendors who follow the tender, PT. XYZ as the
manufacturer company in Indonesia has not been able to
ensure and have assessment of vendors that provide the
needed goods. So the need for analysis of performance and
assessment based on vendor specific components, for example:
price and on time delivery.
The problem in the business process is required a
method of process mining. Stages of process mining starts
from exploring and collecting data needs associated with
procurement business processes. The next step is to do the
extraction of the data records of the events recorded in the
procurement system. After the data entry of structured events
next is doing mining process by using software ProM and
inductive algorithms miner. From the process mining will be

obtained as a business process model that would do an
analysis to find the solution of the problem.
The business process model can be represented by the
event log or record of events. By using the technique of
extracting process of Inductive algorithms and Miner, is
expected to model the business processes to be analyzed in
accordance with the reality of the situation that occurred. It is
so important for business procurement process search is good
for the company. The use of inductive algorithms miner is also
considered an important factor that is able to analyze the
activities thoroughly, so that the company can conduct an
evaluation of their business model. With the business model
and the analysis performed of the results of the mining process
is expected to give a business fact and recommendation to
company
