Abstract

Pengaruh campuran ampas tebu dan sabut kelapa sebagai media pertumbuhan alternatif terhadap kandungan nutrisi jamur tiram putih (Pleurotus ostreatus) telah diteliti. Variasi komposisi sabut kelapa dan ampas tebu yang digunakan adalah 25:75 (F1), 50:50 (F2), 75:25 (F3), 100:0 (F4) dan 0:100 (F5). Jamur tiram yang dihasilkan dilakukan uji secara fisik dan kandungan nutrisi. Pada komposisi F1 menghasilkan jamur dengan diameter (13,9 cm), ketebalan (5,01 cm), dan panjang (13,8cm) terbaik, sedangkan untuk massa yang paling besar dihasilkan pada komposisi F5 yaitu 79,5 g, dan jumlah tudung paling banyak dimiliki oleh komposisi F3 sebanyak 16 buah. Dari hasil analisa nutrisi komposisi F1 dan F3 memiliki kandungan nutrisi yang relatif baik. Pada komposisi F1 mempunyai kadar karbohidrat tertinggi (4,67%), kadar lemak (0,14%), dan kadar air (84,10%) yang rendah. Komposisi F3 mempunyai kadar protein (10,68%) dan kadar abu (1,16%) yang tinggi. Variasi komposisi F1 dan F3 lebih disukai karena menghasilkan uji fisik dan analisa nutrisi yang paling tinggi
============================================================================= Effect of bagasse and coconut coir as an alternative growth medium of white oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) on its nutritional substances had been investigated. Variation in coconut coir and bagasse that used were 25:75 (F1), 50:50 (F2), 75:25 (F3), 100:0 (F4) and 0:100 (F5). The harvested oyster mushrooms were tested on its physical and nutritional contents. F1 medium produced more superior mushroom with diameter (13.9 cm), thickness (5.01 cm) and lenght (13.8 cm), whereas for the most large mass was obtained in the composition F5 of 79.5 g, as well as the most widely number of hoods was obtained by F3 composition for 16 units. Based on nutrition analysis, the composition of F1 and F3 had relatively good nutrient contents, which F1 hads the highest carbohydrate (4.67%), fat (0.14%) contents, whereas low water levels (84,10%). F3 composition had high protein (10.68%) and ash (1.16%) contents. Variations in the composition of F1 and F3 is preferred due to produce good physical apparances and the highest nutrition contents
