Abstract

Kota Jakarta saat ini berkembang pesat dengan mulai
banyaknya pembangunan apartemen serta perumahan baru.
Kecenderungan warga Jakarta untuk menggunakan
kendaraan pribadi sangat tinggi. Dikarenakan kurangnya
fasilitas umum yang nyaman. Hal ini menyebabkan adanya
peningkatan volume kendaraan di Jakarta yang menimbulkan
banyak kemacetan. Akan tetapi Pemerintah DKI Jakarta telah
memiliki solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Pemerintah
DKI Jakarta telah merencanakan Mega Proyek Mass Rapid
Transit Jakarta untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Agar lebih
menarik masyarakat untuk berhenti menggunakan kendaraan
pribadi.
Maka dari itu ada baiknya mass rapid transit tersebut
membutuhkan fasilitas penunjang agar dapat menambah
ketertarikan para pengguna angkutan pribadi untuk beralih ke
mass rapid transit. Fasilitas yang praktis, mudah, nyaman dan
murah. Misalnya ketersediaan lahan parkir untuk calon
pengguna mass rapid trasnit
Park and Ride merupakan salah satu fasilitas pendukung
agar masyarakat Jakarta lebih tertarik untuk menggunakan
Mass Rapid Transit. Dengan fasilitas park and ride, calon
pengguna mass rapid transit akan merasa lebih nyaman dan
praktis. Dan dengan tarif yang murah, serta keamanan saat
menitipkan kendraaan pribadi, sangat di mungkinkan akan
menarik banyak calon pengguna mass rapid transit tersebut.
Dan dengan adanya park and ride juga dapat mengurangi
kendaraan yang mengarah kearah pusat kota Jakarta.
Dari hasil analisa yang telah dilakukan diharapkan
nantinya dapat diketahui dan didapatkan permintaan
kebutuhan ruang parkir selama 5 tahun,. Setelah dilakukan
analisa, didapatkan demand parkir mobil sebanyak 1215
mobil dan 3089 sepeda motor. Dengan 2 loket parkir motor
dan 3 loket parkir mobil

housing. The tendency of citizens to use private vehicles is very
high. Due to the lack of public facilities. This led to an
increase in the volume of vehicles in Jakarta which
caused muchcongestion. But the Government of DKI
Jakarta has has a solution toresolve the issue. The Government
of DKI Jakarta Mega Project has planned Mass Rapid
Transit Jakarta to resolve the issue. In order to makethe
community more attractive to stop using private vehicles.
Therefore it's good mass rapid transit may require supporting
facilities so as to add to the attraction of private transport users to
switch to the mass rapid transit. Facilities that are practical, easy,
convenient and cheap. For example, the availability of parking
lots to prospective users of mass rapidtrasnit
Park and Ride is one of the supporting facilities so that
the community is more interested in using the Mass
Rapid Transit. Park and ride facilities, potential mass rapid
transit users will feel more comfortable and practical.And with a
cheap fare, as well as
a security deposit in kendraaan, veryinteresting will allow many
potential users of the mass rapid transit. Andwith a park
and ride vehicles can also reduce that lead towards the Centre
of the city of Jakarta.
From the results of the analysis that has been done is expected
to be known later and obtained a parking space
requirements demand for 5 years, and will also be in the get the
layout pattern of parking andcirculation of movement of the
vehicle
