Abstract
Elektrokardiograf merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk
merekam sinyal jantung.
membatasi ruang gerak pengguna. Oleh karena itu pada tugas akhir ini
akan difokuskan pada perancangan Instrumentasi Elektrokardiografi
secara indirect menggunakan capacitive electrode. Capacitive electrode
Perhitungan denyut
jantung menggunakan mikrokontroler memiliki rata-rata error sebesar
1,79% dibandingkan dengan penghitungan secara manual.

Electrocardiograph is a device used to record a signals from
the heart. Conventional electrocardiograph use Ag-AgCl electrode as
conductive contact and a cable connecting the electrodes with the
electrocardiograph. Even the quality of the signal is good, the
configuration of the device limiting user's movement. Therefore, this
final project focused on designing an electrocardiography
instrumentation using capacitive electrode.Capacitive electrode is
designed using OPA124U IC which has a high input impedance. This
circuit is shielded with alumunium connected to ground to reduce the
noise. The response of the electrode is tested by giving variant voltage of
200mV, 500mV and 1V both direct and indirect with cloth. From the
experiment, it can be obtained that gain of the electrode stabilized at 3,2
when the frequency is above 10 Hz. Meanwhile, when the frequency
below 10 Hz, the gain is proportional to the magnitude of frequency. 2
of capacitive electrodes placed at the back of the chair and a piece of
pcb placed on the cushion as the grounding. All those signals then
inserted into the instrumentation amplifier using AD620 and a filter with
pass band 0,5 to 60 Hz. From the experiment with 6 different subjects
and clothing variation, it can be conclude that the signal quality
obtained with capacitive electrode is not as good as conventional
electrode but the result shows QRS complexes still can clearly seen
without conductive contact. Heart rate measurement using
microcontroller had an average error 1,79% compared to manual
measurement.
