Abstract
Keberhasilan suatu proyek ditentukan oleh manajemen pelaksanaan proyek dan hubungan kerja sama antara Pemilik Proyek dengan Kontraktor. Bentuk kerja sama tersebut biasanya diatur dalam sebuah kontrak.
Untuk itu perlu dilakukan analisa terhadap tipe kontrak yang dapat diterima oleh Pemilik Proyek maupun Kontraktor itu sendiri.
Dalam menganalisa sistem manajemen pelaksanaan, dilakukan perbandingan antara tipe – tipe kontrak. Perbandingan ini meliputi kriteria manfaat, resiko owner, kontrol owner, jenis proyek, dan kemudahan dalam penggunaan. Untuk menganalisa tipe kontrak, dilakukan
pembobotan kriteria yang mendasari pemilihan tipe kontrak tersebut dengan metode AHP, yang kemudian diterapkan pada kasus proyek gudang pabrik PT.DEWATA INDUSTRINDO FORESTRY Lamongan.
Dari hasil Analisis dengan metode AHP dan perhitungan dengan tabel skoring, didapatkan bahwa tipe kontrak kombinasi Lumpsum dan Unit Price merupakan tipe kontrak yang cocok untuk proyek ini.

The success of a project is determined by the management of the implementation of the project and the relationship of cooperation between the owner of the project by the contractor. This form of cooperation is usually provided for in a contract.
For it to be done analysis of the type of contract that can be accepted by the owner or the contractor of the project itself.
In analyzing the management system implementation, carried out a comparison between the type – the type of contract. This comparison includes the criteria of merit, risk control owner, owner, project types, and ease of use. To analyze the type of contract, do the underlying criteria weighting the selection of the type of the contract by the method of AHP, which is then applied to the case of the project factory warehouse PT. DEWATA INDUSTRINDO FORESTRY Lamongan.
From the results of the analysis by the method of AHP and calculation with the skoring table, the type of contract that was obtained by the combination of a Lumpsum and Unit Price is a type of contract that is suitable for this project.
