Abstract

Pada tahun 2017 Pusat Studi Gempa Nasional (PuSGeN) telah mengeluarkan pembaruan peta sumber dan bahaya gempa Indonesia. Akibat pembaruan tersebut memungkinkan adanya bahaya dan potensi gempa baru di Indonesia, sehingga upaya menilai kerentanan bangunan terhadap gempa perlu dilakukan. Pemeriksaan kerentanan bangunan terhadap gempa dibagi menjadi dua jenis, yaitu pemeriksaan secara cepat (Rapid Visual Screening/RVS) dan pemeriksaan menyeluruh. Pada perkembangannya metode RVS banyak dipilih karena tidak membutuhkan personil yang banyak, waktu lebih cepat, dan biaya penelitian yang lebih murah. Tetapi metode RVS yang menggunakan manual form dinilai kurang efektif untuk jumlah bangunan yang banyak. Namun dengan adanya aplikasi android RViSITS yang telah dikembangkan oleh RVS Team Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember berdasarkan FEMA 154, maka penilaian kerentanan bangunan dapat dilakukan secara cepat dan hasilnya dapat diakses oleh sektor publik, pemerintah dan swasta secara mudah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai keakurasian aplikasi android RViSITS terhadap kerentanan bangunan gedung tinggi. Validasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil RViSITS dan analisa secara numerik berdasarkan peraturan gempa yang berlaku di Indonesia sesuai SNI 1726:2012 menggunakan SAP 2000. Studi kasus pada penelitian ini yaitu enam bangunan gedung tinggi di Jawa Timur yang memiliki jumlah lantai antara delapan sampai dengan lima belas. Setelah tahap validasi, aplikasi android RViSITS digunakan untuk memetakan kerentanan struktur pada bangunan gedung tinggi (8-15 lantai) di seluruh Kota Surabaya. Pada tahap validasi, hasil analisa menggunakan aplikasi android RViSITS dengan analisa menggunakan SAP 2000 sesuai SNI 1726:2012 menunjukkan hasil yang akurat, sehingga aplikasi RViSITS dapat diterapakan untuk penilaian kerentanan bangunan yang lain. Hasil penilaian kerentanan bangunan terhadap 98 gedung (8-15 lantai) di Kota Surabaya diperoleh hasil bahwa 21 gedung (21.43 %) termasuk pada kategori rentan, sedangkan 77 gedung (78.57%) termasuk dalam kategori aman.

In 2017, The National Earthquake Study Center (PuSGeN) had issued an updated Indonesian sources and potentions of earthquake map. As the result of this update, it is possible to have danger and potention for a new earthquake in Indonesia, so the efforts to asses the buildings vulnerability to earthquakes need to be done. The assesment of buildings vulnerability to earthquakes is divided into two types, namely rapid visual screening (RVS) and comprehensive inspection. In its development, RVS method was chosen because it doesn’t need a lot of personnel, faster time, and cheaper research cost. But RVS method that uses manual form is considered less effective for a large number of buildings. But with the RViSITS android application that developed by ITS’s RVS Team based on on FEMA 154, buildings vulnerability assesment can be easily accessed by public and private sectors, and the government. This study was conducted to assess the accuracy of the RViSITS android application assesment of high-rise buildings by comparing the results of numerical analysis based on the applicated earthquake regulations in Indonesia according to SNI 1726:2012 using SAP 2000. Case studies on the validation of this research were carried out on 6 high-rise buildings in East Java that have a number of floors between eight and fifteen. After verifivication phase, the RViSITS android application is used to map the structural vurnerability of high-rise buildings that have a number of floors between eight and fifteen in the entire city of Surabaya. At the validation stage, the results of the analysis using the Android RViITS application with the analysis using SAP 2000 according to SNI 1726: 2012 show the same results, so that the RViSITS application can be applied for other building vulnerability assessments. Based on the results of this study on 98 high-rise buildings, it is found that 21 buildings (21.43%) are in the prone category since they had an index value < 2, while 77 buildings (78.57%) are in the safe category with an index ≥ 2.
