Abstract
Asrama mahasiswa ITS dibangun dengan pertimbangan untuk membantu mahasiswa yang ingin bermukim dekat dengan kampus ITS. Asrama memiliki beberapa fasilitas yang dapat menunjang kebutuhan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana kepuasan mahasiswa yang ada di asrama dari variabel pelayanan jasa menggunakan analisis kepuasan. Hasil dari analisis kepuasan untuk penghuni asrama mahasiswa adalah akses internet di lingkungan asrama, Pemberian layanan secara cepat dan kemudahan dalam menghubungi petugas belum memberikan pelyanan yang sesuai dengan harapan mahasiswa. Hal ini membutikan bahwa pihak asrama harus memprioritaskan beberapa atribut tersebut untuk dilakukan peningkatan pelayanan

The ITS student dormitory was built with the consideration of helping students who want to live close to the ITS campus. The hostel has several facilities that can support the needs of students.
