Abstract

Project implementation is inseparable from the risks that can affect the project can go according to plan or not. For this reason, good project management is very important to avoid project problems such as delays. Project delays can be caused by unproductive activities and the elements involved. The reproducibility becomes something that has no added value or in Lean Project Management is known as Non-Value-Added Activities (waste). In the implementation of the Offshore Pipeline installation project undertaken by PT.X, there had been a delay in the process, for this reason, a waste analysis was needed by applying the Fishbone Analysis method. Based on 7 types of waste, it was found that the delay in the offshore pipeline installation project was caused by 2 wastes that appeared in the offshore pipeline installation project, namely waiting and unnecessary motion. Furthermore, scheduling planning using the Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) method obtained an acceleration time of 183 days compared to the previous scheduling. After that, to determine the project risk, a project risk analysis was carried out using the Fuzzy FMEA method, resulting in a failure mode with no material control with an RPN of 150 and FRPN of 7.47, which was ranked 1.
