Abstract

Banjir merupakan peristiwa alam yang dapat menimbulkan kerugian. Kondisi tersebut terjadi di DAS Madiun khususnya diSungai Madiun dan Sungai Jeroan, dimana berdasarkan data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa selama 12 tahun terakhir, banjir terbesar terjadi pada tahun 2018. Masalah utama yang dihadapi di kawasan tersebut adalah terjadinya luapan sungai diSungai Madiun dan Sungai Jeroan karena Debit Banjir 25 th dan adanya Aliran balik diSungai Jeroan. Seringkali pada musim penghujan tanggul dan parapet pada Sungai Jeroan tidak mampu menahan aliran debit air Sungai Jeroan dan Aliran balik dihilir Sungai Jeroan sehingga tanggul yang ada tidak mampu menahan debit banjir. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa upaya pengendalian banjir di Sungai Jeroan akibat pertemuan Sungai Madiun dengan Sungai Jeroan. Debit banjir rancangan digunakan HSS Nakayasu, Untuk mengetahui kapasitas tampungan sungai Jeroan dilakukan analisis profil muka air dengan bantuan HEC-RAS 4.1.0. Pengendalian banjir dikawasan tersebut dilakukan dengan merencanakan pembuatan bangunan pengendalian berupa tanggul urugan tanah di hilir dan hulu Sungai Jeroan dan ditengah Sungai Jeroan direncanakan pembuatan bangunan pengendalian berupa parapet pasangan batu kali.

Flooding is a natural event that can cause losses. This condition occurs in the Madiun watershed, especially in the Madiun River and the Viscera River, where based on data obtained shows that during the last 12 years, the biggest flood occurred in 2018. The main problem faced in the area is the overflow of the river in the Madiun River and the Viscera River due to Debit 25 th flood and the existence of Backwater Flow in the Viscera River. Often in the rainy season the embankment and parapet on the River Offal is not able to withstand the flow of water off the River Offal and Backwater River downstream of the River Offside so that the existing embankment is not able to withstand the flood discharge. This study aims to analyze efforts to control floods in the River offal due to the meeting of the Madiun River with the river offal. The design flood discharge was used by the Nakayasu HSS. To find out the capacity of the river basin, a water level profile analysis was carried out with the help of HEC-RAS 4.1.0. Flood control in the area is carried out by planning the construction of a control building in the form of a land fill embankment downstream and upstream of the River offal and in the middle of the offal river the construction of a control building in the form of river stone parapets.
