Abstract

Ringroad memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam memecah kepadatan lalu lintas di dalam kota dan juga meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Di dalam penulisan laporan tugas akhir ini, penulis ingin mengetahui bagaimana perancangan yang baik dalam merancang desain geometrik dan perkerasan jalan pada jalan ringroad timur (JRRT) kota Madiun, sehingga jalan yang akan dilalui dapat memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman bagi pengguna jalan. Dalam merancang desain geometrik jalan raya dan perkerasan ini hal-hal yang menjadi acuan dalam perencangan meliputi penentuan trase jalan, perhitungan alinyemen horizontal, perhitungan alinyemen vertikal, perhitungan volume cut dan fill, perhitungan tebal perkerasan lentur, perhitungan dimensi saluran drainase jalan, perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya, dan gambar teknis. Metodologi yang digunakan berpedoman pada Peraturan Tata Cara Perencanaan Geometrik Jalan Antar Kota No. 038/TBM/1997 untuk pemilihan trase yang baik, perhitungan alinyemen horizontal dan alinyemen vertikal. Perhitungan pembebanan lalu lintas (trip assigment) menggunakan metode Smock (1962). Pada perencanaan perkerasan lentur menggunakan pedoman Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan No.04/SE/Db/2017 untuk mendapatkan tebal perkerasan sesuai umur rencana. Perencanaan drainase mengacu pada peraturan Pd-T-02-2006-B, serta peraturan rencana anggaran biaya total menggunakan HSPK Kota Madiun yang diperlukan pada perencanaan ini. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan perhitungan didapatkan desain geometrik jalan menggunkanan tipe 4/2D dengan lebar jalur 7,5 m dengan lebar lajur 3,75 m. Dalam perencanaan alinyemen horizontal didapatkan 8 tikungan dengan tipe Spiral-Circle-Spiral dan perencanaan alinyemen vertikal yaitu 4 cekung dan 4 cembung. Hasil trip assignment menggunakan metode smock didapatkan perpindahan kendaraan ke jalan rencana sebesar 66,67 %. Susunan lapis perkerasan lentur didapatkan lapis AC-WC dengan tebal 40 mm, lapis AC-WC dengan tebal 60 mm, lapis AC Base dengan tebal 245 mm, dan lapis LPA dengan tebal 300 mm. Perhitungan dimensi saluran dengan tipe saluran trapesium didapatkan 4 tipe saluran untuk dimensi saluran 1 mempunyai lebar 0,6 m dan tinggi 1,15 m, untuk saluran 2 mempunyai lebar 0,45 m dan tinggu 0,95 m, untuk saluran 3 mempunyai lebar 0,45 m dan tinggi 0,85 m, dan untuk saluran 4 mempunyai lebar 0,50 dan tinggi 0,95 m. Perhitungan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) berdasarkan Harga Satuan Pokok Kegiatan (HSPK) didapatkan biaya sebesar Rp 505.895.574.565,54

Ringroad has a very important role in breaking up the density of traffic within the city and also increasing economic growth. In writing this final project report, the writer wants to know how a good design in designing the geometric design and pavement of roads on the east ringroad (JRRT) of Madiun city, so that the road to be passed can provide a sense of security and comfort for road users. In designing the geometric design of this highway and pavement, the things that become references in the planning include the determination of road alignment, horizontal alignment calculation, vertical alignment calculation, volume cut and fill calculation, calculation of flexible pavement thickness, calculation of dimensions of road drainage channels, calculation of budget plan costs, and technical drawings. The methodology guided by Regulation on Geometric Planning for Inter-City Road No. 038 / TBM / 1997 for good selection of lines, calculation of horizontal alignment and vertical alignment. Calculation of traffic load (trip assigment) using the Smock method (1962). In planning flexible pavement, use the Pavement Design Manual No.04 / SE / Db / 2017 to get the pavement thickness according to the age of the plan. Drainage planning refers to the regulation Pd-T-02-2006-B, as well as the regulation of the total cost budget plan using the Madiun City HSPK that is required in this plan. Based on the analysis and calculation results obtained by the geometric design of the road using type 4 / 2D with a width of row is 7.5 m and width of lane is 3.75 m. In horizontal alignment planning there are 8 bends with Spiral-Circle-Spiral type and vertical alignment planning that is 4 concave and 4 convex. The result of trip assignment using the smock method is that the vehicle transfer to the planned road is 66.67%. The composition of the flexible pavement layers is obtained AC-WC layer with a thickness of 40 mm, AC-WC layer with a thickness of 60 mm, AC Base layer with a thickness of 245 mm, and LPA layer with a thickness of 300 mm. Calculation of channel dimensions with trapezoid channel type obtained 4 channel types, for channel 1 dimension has 0.6 m width and 1.15 m height, for channel 2 has 0.45 m width and 0.95 m height, for channel 3 has width 0 , 45 m and height 0.85 m, and for channel 4 has a width of 0.50 and height of 0.95 m. Calculation of Cost Budget Plan (RAB) based on the Price of the Principal Activity Unit (HSPK) obtained a fee of Rp. 505.895.574.565,54
