Abstract
PT. Terminal Teluk Lamong merupakan terminal multipurpose yang mempunyai dua fasilitas utama yaitu bongkar muat container dan curah kering. Pada kegiatan bongkar muat container, salah satu mesin yang digunakan adalah Automated Stacking Crane (ASC). Preventive maintenance telah dilakukan pada mesin ASC dalam bentuk perawatan spare part, sedangkan dalam bentuk penggantian spare part hanya diterapkan pada beberapa spare part. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pada spare part yang paling banyak mengalami kerusakan yaitu wirerope ACM dan glasswool. Kedua spare part tersebut bersifat non repairable. Metode Block Replacement adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mengestimasi waktu penggantian optimal pada masing-masing spare part. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan waktu optimum penggantian spare part wirerope ACM S-Lay saat spare part telah bekerja selama 3738 jam dengan biaya Rp 1.824,095,-/jam, sedangkan pada spare part wirerope ACM Z-Lay saat spare part telah bekerja selama 3934 jam dengan biaya Rp 1.160,551,-/jam, dan pada spare part glasswool dilakukan penggantian saat spare part telah bekerja selama 4291 jam dengan biaya Rp 17,689,-/jam.

PT. Teluk Lamong Terminal is a multipurpose terminal that has two main facilities, namely container terminal and dry bulk terminal. In the container terminal activity, one of the machines that used is Automated Stacking Crane (ASC). Preventive maintenance has been carried out on ASC machines in the form of spare part maintenance, whereas preventive maintenance in the form of replacing spare parts is only applied to a few spare parts. Focus of this research is on the most damaged parts is wirerope ACM and glasswool. Both of these spare parts are non repairable. Block Replacement method used to estimate the optimal replacement time for each spare part. In this research, optimum replacement time of wirerope ACM S-Lay is when the spare part has been working for 3738 hours at cost IDR 1824.095,-/hour, whereas for wirerope Z-Lay is when spare part has been working for 3934 hours at cost IDR 1160.551,-/hour, and glasswool spare part is replaced when the spare part has been working for 4291 hours at cost IDR 17.689,-/hour.
