Abstract
Globalisasi atau perkembangan jaman adalah suatu hal yang tidak bisa dihindari. Hal ini membuat semakin luasnya kesempatan untuk bertukar pandangan, produk, pemikiran dan aspek kebudayaan lain. Dikarenakan permintaan global akan engineer yang kompeten, hal ini menuntut ITS mengadakan program pertukaran mahasiswa dengan universitas partner baik dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Untuk dapat melakukan pertukaran mahasiswa, mahasiswa diharuskan melengkapi persyaratan-persyaratan sebagai berikut, formulir pendaftaran, riwayat hidup, surat motivasi, surat keterangan mahasiswa aktif, rencana belajar, transkrip nilai berbahasa inggris, surat rekomendasi, sertifikat kesehatan, foto, paspor, sertifikat TOEFL (minimal 500), visa, perjanjian belajar, surat pernyataan, dokumen tambahan (bila diperlukan). Selama ini sistem masih dilakukan secara manual berbasis dokumen offline. Biasanya program ini berlangsung selama 6 (enam) bulan yang biasanya dilakukan di masa liburan semester genap. Atau semester yang dikhususkan untuk melakukan program internasional. Untuk mahasiswa pertukaran pelajaran mempunyai masalah yang signifikan, yaitu terkait masalah persamaan mata kuliah yang ditempuh di univesitas mitra dan Departemen Teknik Informatika. Sehingga diperlukan sebuah laporan tertentu seperti transkrip nilai untuk menentukan nilai yang bisa dikonversi dari pertukaran pelajar yang dilakukan di instansi mitra. Sistem akan diimplementasikan dengan Codeigniter, bahasa pemrograman PHP dan mysql sebagai bahasa database relasional. Tujuan dari dikembangkannya aplikasi ini adalah monitoring program internasional dari mahasiswa Departemen Teknik Informatika dalam dilakukan dengan mudah. Output yang dihasilkan dari sistem yang akan dibuat adalah laporan tentang mahasiswa yang melakukan program internasional. Termasuk untuk pertukaran mahasiswa berupa laporan transkrip dan penyelarasan mata kuliah.

Globalization or the development of the era is something that can not be avoided. This makes wider opportunities to exchange views, products, thoughts and other aspects of culture. Due to global demand for competent engineers, this requires ITS to hold student exchange programs with partner universities both domestically and abroad. To be able to exchange students, students are required to complete the following requirements, registration forms, curriculum vitae, motivation letters, active student certificates, study plans, English language transcripts, letters of recommendation, health certificates, photos, passports, TOEFL certificates ( minimum 500), visa, study agreement, affidavit, additional documents (if needed). So far the system is still done manually based on offline documents. This program usually lasts for 6 (six) months which is usually carried out during the even semester vacation period. Or a semester that is devoted to conducting international programs. For students exchanging lessons have a significant problem, which is related to the problem of equality in courses taken at partner universities and the informatics department. So we need a certain report such as a transcript of values to determine the value that can be converted from student exchanges conducted in partner institutions. The system will be implemented with Codeigniter, the PHP programming language and MySQL as a relational database language. The purpose of developing this application is to monitor international programs from students of the informatics department in an easy way. The output generated from the system that will be made is a report about students doing international programs. This includes student exchanges in the form of transcript reports and course alignments.
