Abstract

Third Party Logistic (3PL) adalah perusahaan pihak ketiga (outsourcing)
yang menyediakan layanan aktivitas logistik diantara dua atau lebih fasilitas
dalam suatu supply chain. Jasa 3PL saat ini banyak dimanfaatkan oleh perusahaan
untuk mengoptimalkan fungsi inti bisnis mereka. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan 3PL
menjadi pihak yang memegang peranan penting terhadap pelanggan
perusahaannya maupun pelanggan akhir perusahaan. Selain faktor biaya
kompetisi, kualitas layanan logistik menjadi hal yang dipertimbangkan secara
cermat demi modal kelangsungan hidup operasional perusahaan yang
membutuhkan evaluasi secara berkala.
PT Pos Logistics Indonesia merupakan anak perusahaan PT Pos Indonesia
(Persero) yang didedikasikan untuk membantu menyediakan dukungan pada
supporting business activities yakni bidang logistik. Citra perusahaan sebagai
Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) menciptakan reputasi yang baik di kalangan
pelanggan logistik. Untuk mempertahankan posisi perusahaan ini maka
dibutuhkan evaluasi khusus terhadap kualitas layanan logistik dengan metode
Importance Performance Analysis dan House of Risk (HOR).
Dari hasil metode House of Risk 1, diidentifikasi masalah yang memiliki
dampak paling berpengaruh saat ini terhadap kualitas layanan logistik perusahaan
adalah fasilitas yang kurang memadai. Sedangkan usulan perbaikan utama untuk
mencegah terjadinya penurunan kualitas layanan logistik, pada House of Risk 2
disarankan untuk menyediakan fasilitas sistem informasi terintegrasi.

Third Party Logistic (3PL) is a term used to call foreign companies which
are active in two or more activities of a supply chain. Nowadays 3PL are broadly
used in the logistic industry because it provides outstanding benefits. There fore
3PL companies play an important role both to its own customers and end
customers. Besides the factor of cost competition, logistic service quality also
becomes an important factor to put into concern to bring operational
sustainability and customer loyalty that it needs periodical evaluation.
PT Pos Logistics Indonesia is a subsidiary of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero)
which is dedicated to help entities to concentrate to its core business by providing
backing for supporting business activities, specifically in the logistic. The
corporate’s brand image as a state-owned company spawn good reputation to its
customers. To maintain its position a specific evaluation to logistic service quality
approached by Importance and Performance Analysis and House of Risk (HOR)
method is needed.
The result of the House of Risk I identifies the problem which accounts for
the most significant influence to logistic service quality of the company is
insufficient facilities. On the other side the proposed improvements to prevent the
decrease of the logistic service quality level by using House of Risk 2 is to provide
integrated information system.
