Abstract
Kekerasan Perempuan yang terjadi dalam lingkup
Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT) menjadi sorotan
dalam kurun waktu tahun 2011-2014 ini dimana kekerasan
perempuan dalam lingkup KDRT terjadi di Indonesia meningkat
tiap tahunnya. Tahun 2011 tercatat sebesar 119.107 kekerasan
perempuan dan sebesar 293.220 kekerasan perempuan terjadi
ditahun 2014. Surabaya merupakan kota besar ke dua di
Indonesia dimana kota-kota besar seharusnya tidak memiliki
pengaruh budaya patriarki yang besar, Surabaya ikut
menyumbang angka kekerasan perempuan dalam lingkup KDRT
dan merupakan angka kekerasan terbesar di taraf kota Jawa
timur sebanyak 266 kasus. Dari 31 kecamatan di Surabaya,
kecamatan yang memiliki kasus kekerasan tertinggi ialah
Kecamatan Sawahan. Unit Pelayanan Terpadu (UPT) yang
dihadirkan oleh pemerintah guna membantu korban untuk
menampung dan mengatasi kasus kekerasanpun masih dirasa
kurang membantu untuk mengurangi angka kekerasan dan hal
tersebut disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor. Faktor-faktor yang
berpengaruh dalam persepsi pelaporan ialah usia perkawinan
dan status perkawinan. Dari pemodelan regresi logistik biner
didapatkan ketepatan klasifikasi sebesar 74,6%

abuse were increasingly occurred annually in Indonesia. In 2011
record was stated that 119.107 abusive cases and in 2014 it was
increased to 293.220 cases. Surabaya is the second largest city in
Indonesia, The large city in Indonesia commonly should have not
been influenced by a large scale of patriarchy culture,
unfortunately Surabaya providing a big number of women abuse
in a domestic violence, and by finding 266 women abuse cases in
Surabaya, it has the biggest number among the other city in East
Java. From 31 district in Surabaya, the biggest number of abuse
is founded at district Sawahan. Unit Pelayanan Terpadu (UPT)
which provided by the local government in order to support the
abusive victims to solve the abusive problem, was considered still
lack of progress and need a lot of improvement to optimize their
function, some factors that considered to optimize their function,
some factors that essentially influence the improvement of UPT
progress for the victims to reporting are age of marriage and the
age of respondent. From Binary Logistic model, it found out that
the classification precision is 74,6%
