Abstract

Saat ini, tingkat keandalan dari suatu sistem distribusi adalah
penting guna menjamin kontinuitas supply tenaga listrik kepada
konsumen. Karena itu, disadari pentingnya otomatisasi sistem distribusi,
yang salah satunya dapat dicapai dengan menggunakan sectionalizer.
Tugas Akhir ini dibuat dengan tujuan menghitung indeks
keandalan dari sistem distribusi 20 kV Rayon Lumajang. Metode yang
digunakan adalah FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), di mana
indeks kegagalan dari setiap peralatan utama sistem distribusi
diperhitungkan dalam mencari indeks keandalan sistem secara
menyeluruh. Sejumlah studi kasus dilakukan guna melihat pengaruh dari
jumlah serta lokasi penempatan sectionalizer di sepanjang jaringan
terhadap indeks keandalan sistem. Pada akhirnya, solusi optimal akan
memberikan nilai indeks keandalan sistem distribusi yang terbaik.
Berdasarkan hasil analisa, dengan penambahan fuse pada
penyulang sukodono dapat menaikkan Indeks Keandalan SAIFI yang
semula bernilai 6.6088 menjadi bernilai 5.4176, lalu dengan adanya
penambahan sectionalizer pada penyulang sukodono maka dapat
menaikkan indeks keandalan SAIDI yang awalnya bernilai 7.6737
menjadi bernilai 6.4431.

Nowadays, the reliability level of a distribution system is
important to ensure the continuity of supply power to the consumer. As
such the importance of automated system distribution is realized, one of
which, could be achieved by using sectionalizer.
The objective of this final project is to count the reliability indices
of 20 kV Lumajang system distribution. The method engaged is FMEA
(Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), where the failure rate of each
main distribution system utility is accounted for to find the reliability
indices system overall. A number of case study are carried out for the
purpose of finding the influence of number as well as location of
sectionalizer along the network to the system reliability indices. Finally,
the optimum location will give the best distribution system reliability
indices.
Based on the analysis, with the addition of fuse in the Sukodono
feeder can raise Reliability Index SAIFI which was originally worth
6.6088 becomes worth 5.4176, then with the addition of sectionalizer in
the Sukodono feeder it can raise the reliability index SAIDI originally
worth 7.6737 became worth 6.4431.
