Abstract
Bunyi yang tidak dikehendaki atau sering diartikan sebagai
kebisingan berdampak pada berkurangnya kenyamanan di suatu
lingkungan yang meliputi lingkungan kerja, tempat tinggal
masyarakat, dan lain lain. Bising yang memiliki nilai tingkat
tekanan bunyi di atas nilai ambang pendengaran akan
mempengaruhi proses pendengaran dan proses komunikasi antar
karyawan.Terlebih lagi jika posisi pabrik berada pada area
permukiman warga maka kebisingan yang ditimbulkan akan
mengganggu masyarakat sekitar. Dalam perancangan barrier
dengan menggunakan metode nomograph didapatkan nilai
pengurangan tingkat kebisingan hingga 11,5 dBa. Sedangkan
pada ruang stamping memiliki tingkat kebisingan tertinggi
sebesar 103,7 dBA. Setelah dilakukan isolasi enclosure
didapatkan nilai pengurangan tingkat kebisingan sebesar 29,8
dBA sehingga karyawan yang bekerja di sekitar ruang stamping
terpapar kebisingan sebesar 73,9 dBA

The unwanted sound or noise result in reduced comfort in an
environment that includes the working environment, residential
communities, and others. Noise has a sound pressure level value
above the threshold of hearing will affect the hearing process and
the process of communication between employees. Moreover, if
the position of the factory located in residential areas, the noise
generated will disturb the surrounding community. In designing
the barrier by using nomograph, a score reduction of up to 11.5
dBA. While in the stamping area had the highest noise level of
103.7 dBA. After isolation enclosure, obtained value reduction to
29.8 dBA so that employees working around the stamping room
exposure to noise by 73.9 dBA
